Fantastic spot for first-time 30A vacationers! The place was huge, and the 3 bathrooms were a must. The access to the beach was worth every penny spent

Overall the property was fantastic. The gulf view is definitely obstructed by the bushes but we knew that going in and the close proximity to the access stairs made us walk down to the beach each morning for coffee anyway. We went in late July before school started and it still wasn’t crowded!

Overall, we absolutely loved the location of Tranquility 140 – A Wave From It All! The home has easy access to the beach and is conveniently located near several markets, restaurants, shops, and other attractions throughout the 30A area. It is also close to Rosemary Beach, Seacrest, Alys Beach, Panama City Beach, and Destin, which made it very convenient to explore the surrounding area.We also really appreciated the excellent brand-new appliances. The home has plenty of glasses, plates, bowls, silverware, knives, and kitchen utensils, which made it easy for our group to cook and enjoy meals together.Overall, we had a wonderful time at Tranquility 140 and really enjoyed the property. We hope you’ll consider these suggestions as opportunities to make an already great vacation rental even more comfortable and accommodating, especially for larger groups.
