Guests staying in WaterColor will have access to the newly expanded WaterColor Beach Club. It features a new main pool and lounge area, second pool deck with additional lounge seating, and third pool with zero-entry, as well an enhanced WaterColor Grill, and new sunset bar, Costa Chica. All have scenic views of the Gulf of Mexico.

DETAILS: Warm neutral tones of taupe and blue provide a relaxing atmosphere in this two-level, multi-family residence with accommodations for six in the Beach District. The primary is privately located on the ground level, and is furnished with a king iron bed and television with DVD. It enjoys access to a screened porch, partially louvered for shade and privacy. The bath contains a large walk-in shower, separate jetted tub and dual vanities. A laundry area including a full-size washer and dryer, plus sink, is also on this level. Upstairs, one light-filled area encompasses living, dining and kitchen - with abundant windows and covered balcony facing Grayton Beach State Park and Western Lake beyond. The sleeper sofa faces an ornate armoire containing television, DVD and stereo. The dining table seats six, with space for two more at the breakfast bar. The open kitchen has honey-toned cabinets, granite countertops and stainless appliances. The bedroom has a queen bed and television. It has a private access to the hall bath, equipped with a walk-in shower and single vanity. Its location on the south side of Town Center makes this residence ultra-convenient to shopping, dining and the Beach Club.

Location is great, close to everything. Condo was perfectly clean & nice & spacious. Only two small downsides— the balconies only have the view & sounds of traffic. Plus the interior decor was a little dated.

Perfect for Family Vacation

Wonderfully located near the beach and Beach Club, with easy access to Camp Watercolor by rented bike or the Watercolor trolley. Also close to Seaside. Simple check-in and check-out process, including the Watercolor community amenities. The two-level unit is well-appointed and comfortable. Being here made enjoying the many great parts of the Watercolor community very straightforward!

Watercolor Condo

Beautiful Condo that worked perfect for our small family. Proximity the Beach club pools and beach was perfect, and having bikes to ride down to Seaside made everything super convenient. No issues with parking during a busy spring break week. Only downside is you cannot rent a golf cart when staying in condos. Overall it was a 5 start experience!

Doors and windows boarded up, drilling and hammering started at 8 am till 6 pm.Property itself is nice, just should not have been rented while being repaired.

Very nice place

This was our first time to stay in the Watercolor/Seaside area. The home was beautiful and in a great location. It was close enough to walk everywhere but on the end of the neighborhood so we did not have to deal with big crowds. It came with 2 bikes and our girls took them all over the resort. The home itself was well appointed and the small packages with dish soap, sponge, olive oil, salt and pepper was very thoughtful. It also came with a water proof beach bag with 2 beach coverups, which was also a nice touch. Overall, we had a nice stay and talking about making this a yearly trip going forward.

Great place to stay in Watercolor!

Plenty of room for my husband and I with our 2 kids (2.5 and 3 months). Very short walk to the beach club (pools) and beach, very clean and easy to communicate with host. Only thing we didn’t love was that the main living space & kitchen was on the second floor, so carrying in groceries, luggage, etc was kind of a pain up the stairs and then remembering to bring stuff down every time you leave, but for a few nights it’s ok. This property management company is one of the better ones I’ve rented from, would definitely rent from 360 blue again. Good communication, called to check in on us once we checked in, and included a very cute set of kitchen supplies in addition to the standard toiletries.

4 night stay without hot water...barely lukewarm for 5 minutes

Loved location, definitely upset with 360 Blue handling our lack of hot water...offered us $300 refund for a $2500 stay. Absurd to have to shower for wedding events with cold water in 2021!! Will NEVER rent with any property associated with 360 Blue and will share experience with all our friends

Great location

The location was ideal and the townhouse worked well for us. Appreciated that a pack & play was available, which we did not know ahead of time (maybe we missed that detail). When we checked in, there were still a few items left behind by the previous guest, and the property was about 85% clean (sand on floors). I understand it's hard to turnover so many properties so quickly but would have appreciated clean floors for at least the first day. Otherwise the towels and sheets seemed clean and we very much enjoyed our stay. Parking was a challenge a few days but overall this was an excellent property in a fantastic location-- just a few minute walk from the beach / pool club, where we spent most of our time with our 3 kids under 6

Perfect Girls' Getaway

Everything about our week at WaterColor was perfect. My sister and I wanted to have a getaway, and the home we rented fit our week and our vacation perfectly. We loved how close we were to the Beach Club and pools, while it was still very quiet and peaceful at our home. Everything was a short walk away, even Seaside where we celebrated the sunset and ate a delicious dinner. Our condo was large, spacious, clean, and perfect for the two of us - each of us had a large bedroom with en suite bathroom, and the common areas were incredible. We spent time on both porches (upstairs and downstairs) and loved the kitchen and family / dining area. Our 360Blue amenities were so thoughtful: two beach ponchos, a dry bag, sunscreen kit, and all the inside amenities we could need: body wash, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, makeup remover, plenty of trash bags, dish cleaner, laundry and dishwasher pods as well. I highly recommend this beautiful home for family vacations; although it was just the two of us, 6 people can easily sleep in the house, with a large king, queen, and sleeper sofa. Can't wait to return!

Ideal location for access to beach club, 30A coffee shop, and Seaside—we traveled for a wedding. Very comfortable unit. Met all our needs. Concerns—the streetlight was out near the parking spots closest to the unit. Tricky walk over the decking to steps at front and back. Surprised Code doesn’t require hand rails by steps to the units. Living room needs brighter lighting for reading. NEED instructions to watch network/cable tv. Could only access the apps. Bob from Kentucky

Great stay at Watercolor!! The property was great, well-appointed, convenient to beach and pools, and perfect for our family!! Loved the beach and the new pools that Watercolor has built since our last stay 10 years ago. Would highly recommend both this property and Watercolor in general.

Great first time visit

Really enjoyed our stay at this property. Very clean and comfortable. Close the the beach club and shopping/restaurants. The property management company was great with communication and loved there were 2 bikes provided with our stay.

Location was wonderful- so easy to run back to from the beach and also to walk to Seaside food trucks. I felt that the items provided in the kitchen were strange, lots of spices but no pepper for instance. Tons of baking sheets but no plastic cups, no aluminum foil/cling wrap. A little more thought given to practical items would have been nice. Pool passes were great. Overall a good experience and we would book through 360 Blue again.

The condo was great! Very clean, updated and extremely convenient to the beach club which includes a pool, beach access, and 2 great restaurants. Seaside was only a short bike ride away. We had a minor issue with the bed and 360 responded in a timely manner and resolved the issue. Would highly recommend.
