Awesome Condo on quiet canal, across from Jaycee Park & River

My husband & I had an amazing 3 months in this very peaceful & comfortable condo. Views were amazing, sunsets & sunrises. Neighbors were very friendly and welcoming. Would highly recommend this condo to anyone:)

Good Location

We had not been to Cape Coral before, it's a great town. The property is in a small complex, the residents friendly, but quiet. If you're looking for a party, you'll need to go elsewhere. Luckily, we like quiet. We loved sitting on the lanai, watching the boats go by, and got to see dolphins and flying fish. The owner was also friendly and helpful. The condo itself is in need of updating, and a deep clean. It had been superficially cleaned, but when you're staying at a place for 3 months, you start noticing the little things. It needs more microwave safe bowls/pans, and mixing bowls, etc. Also, and this is not limited to this property, why don't the vrbo owners ever sharpen their knives?

Nice Vacation

Condo very nice and clean. Very peaceful place on the canal with a beautiful view. A very nice pool and pool area. Across the street from a nice park to walk and watch the boats go by. Owner of this condo very helpful and friendly. Beautiful area with great restaurants. Enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely rent there again.

Great view and friendly neighbors

Great and relaxing stay in a friendly community. Nice small park across the street and along the river which is wonderful for walking. The lanai has a beautiful view of the canal and boats docked.
