We are located on third floor. You can see more detail at this height without binoculars.

Christmas Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed and appreciated the beautiful condo, especially the view! The condo is stocked with everything needed to enjoy your vacation. Our host even ordered a new beach buggy to carry our supplies to the beach! We have stayed at multiple condos over the years and this is the best one by far!!

The perfect getaway

We had a wonderful stay at this beachfront condo! Perfect view, quiet location on the island, beautifully decorated and very well stocked. Cliff really thought of all the little extras and comforts of home! We were very appreciative of how well he communicates prior to, during and even after our stay! I highly recommend this condo and look forward to staying here again in the future!

What an amazing trip

We loved our stay here - Clifford is an amazing property owner and host. Very communicative and he provided us with so many touches like the beach wagon, beach umbrella, beach chairs - it really made our stay so much better. He also provided great restaurant and day trip recommendations like Doc Ford’s Seafood for example. The area is recovering well from the hurricanes but Cliff’s place is completely in good shape.

My new second home

We loved staying at Cliffs condo on Form Myers Beach. It’s a cozy nook of paradise. The beach is the perfect size just like the condo. Beautiful views. Birds galore. My wife loved watching the dolphins while she drank her coffee every morning. We will be going back.

There is no undertow or rip tides and the wave action is gentle enough for small children to enjoy the water. The beach is also located in one of the Critical Wildlife Areas of Florida. Best VRBO Experience ever!

Could not of asked for a better host! Cliff is amazing and his communication is top notch! Condo is a perfect slice of Paradise. Our vacation was impacted by Hurricane Helene, and Cliff was on top of everything! The balcony is the perfect spot for enjoying morning coffee, watching the dolphins and breath taking sunsets! Extremely clean and filled with all kinds of amenities. A perfect home away from home! We will be back! Thank you Cliff for sharing your paradise with us!

Family Getaway

Wayne and Elise, Thank you so much for the rental and use of your condo at Estero Beach and Tennis Club. We couldn't have been more pleased, as the add stated the condo was/is very well equipped with everything needed. The security guard, other guest and Wayne/Elise were very friendly and helpful. The view of the beach and Sanibel Island were spectacular. I would also like to add that I thoroughly enjoyed the decor of the condo though out. Over all a great experience!!

The Association has gone to great lengths to make sure the property is secure. Whitestone Security provides security on the property seven days a week and eight hours daily. The security officers are knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. They are also trained in CPR, the use of the defibrillator, located on the property, and First-Responder First Aid. To round-out the security on the property, 31 high definition low-light cameras are used for surveillance, and the entire system is monitored 24 hours a day

Fantastic beacfront condo

There is a perfect beachfront view with a comfortable high top table and 2 chairs on the balcony. The condo is nicely decorated in a comfortable beach theme. The bed is extremely comfortable. We felt like we were sleeping in our own bed. The towels ware a very good quality. The kitchen is stocked with quality dishes and tableware. There is a choice of standard coffee pot or the pod type. There is even plastic wrap, aluminum foil, salt & pepper and a few other necessities.There are beach chairs, umbrellas and a wagon for our use. It is the nicest studio condo we have stayed in. We did not want to leave. Unfortunately, hurricane Milton caused a mandatory evacuation. The host kept us informed along the way and is great to work with. Our plan is to book this condo again in the future.

A week in paradise

Cliff’s place was exactly what we were looking for. Private, stocked with just the right things to make our vacation perfect - beach chairs, towels, beach cart, binoculars for dolphin watching, portable speaker for music at the beach…. It was all there. Bed was very comfortable and entire condo complex was well kept and well maintained. Cliff was a wonderful and attentive host. We look forward to our next trip!

Second time just as good as the first.

This is our second time staying at this place. We stayed here last year and enjoyed it so much that we rebooked right away for this year. There is everything you need in the room. We spend most of our time at the beach. There is all the beach equipment you would need in the room.

I recently bought this condo as a weekly rental thru VRBO. This unit consistently gets 5 star reviews! I bought it from the condo association former president.

Why they chose this property

We are located at the slow end of the beach. No loud partiers, string bikini's or lewd behavior here. Typical guests are retirees and couples in their 40's, 50's and beyond who seem to be on a second honeymoon. Love is in the air! A short walk on the beach will take you to Pincers restaurant. You can avoid beach traffic and escape to Bonita Springs and Naples within 1/2 hour drive.

What makes this property unique

Building "C" has the shortest walk to the beach, about 100 feet. There is a path thru the critical wildlife area that is home to about 20 different species of birds! The beach in front of Building "C" gives you the illusion of being on a secluded beach. No gawkers from any of the condos here. Building "C" also has the gas barbecue grill. Eat outdoors at one of the tables outside or bring your food up to your room.
