About this property

A Mountain Home for the Cost of a Hotel Room

Great location, very affordable and tastefully decorated 2 bedroom (each with queen size bed plus queen size sleeper sofa), 1 1/2 bath Gatlinburg chalet located just 4 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg/Great Smoky Mountains National Park. 4 people maximum. Free wi-fi. 15 minute drive to action-packed Pigeon Forge. Very clean and private with all the comforts of home. Chalet offers 4 person hot tub and air hockey table. Sleeps 2-4 maximum.

Lover's Loft chalet is close enough to enjoy all that Gatlinburg has to offer yet far enough away to enjoy the solitude and serenity of the mountains. Our guests come to Lover's Loft to celebrate their honeymoon and return for their wedding anniversary and eventually to bring their own children. We hope your family makes wonderful memories of the Smokies as we have. This is our home away from home.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lover's Loft! The convenience of being close to dowtown was really nice! The hot tub and views from the cabin were spectacular! We would highly recommend and will be booking again in the future!

Incredible place to stay

Loved every minute we spent here. Hope I get to come here again one day. Property manager is incredibly nice. Hot tub, air hockey, Roku TVs gave us plenty to do when we weren’t hiking. Again, can’t recommend Lovers Loft enough.

Perfect Location, Perfect House!

The house was the perfect size for our family of 4 and the location was great. It was very easy to get to the National Park and it was also close to attractions in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. It had everything we needed. Thanks so much for a beautiful and fun Fall Break!

Amazing Chalet to Stay In!

My husband and I stayed in this chalet to celebrate our 1st anniversary and it was amazing!!! The owners checked in on us multiple times and made sure everything was perfect! Very clean and well kept. Great location too, just about a 5 minute drive to one end of the main strip in Gatlinburg. We would park and then walk the whole strip. I 100% recommend this property if you are heading to Gatlinburg!

Perfect getaway

This chalet is perfect for a family getaway. My husband and I brought our two boys for the weekend for their first trip to the mountains. The chalet is very clean and comfortable. Located just a few minutes from the strip and entrance to the national park. We did see a few bears so make sure you leave no food in your car and lock your car. We love this chalet and will definitely be staying again.

Best Gatlinburg stay ever

We have stayed many places in Gatlinburg and this one is the best. We loved the big picture windows, the wonderful loft, the fantastic deck and the wonderful hot tub. The best part was the communication with the owners. They were responsive, concerned about our comfort and very helpful with tips and ideas in the city. We loved staying right up the hill from stop #10. Far enough away that it was quiet and private; close enough that getting to town was quick and easy. Highly recommend this great place and we will be back!

Lovers loft chalet

We loved the chalet. Perfect location, perfect amount of space for the 4 of us. The hot tub temperature was perfect. The bear activity was awesome, we saw one every day and they were so cute not scary like I thought they might be. The front deck is closed in and high enough so you feel perfectly safe to watch the bear go by. If your lucky like we were, one strolled right through the yard checking things out. I highly recommend this property. The loft was cool!

Best Vacation Ever

This house is in the perfect location! When sitting on the deck, you feel like you are completely alone in a treehouse, but actually only 1 mile from an action packed downtown. We had a friendly Barr Owl with us every day and a brief view of visiting bears (which we were super careful to avoid attracting). The house is very basic, with no frills but has everything you might need. I cooked a few meals and found the kitchen adequate. The owners made sure that we knew how to contact them should we need their help. This rental was perfect for my family and wonderful memories were made! Margie & Family from Durham, NC

Comfortable, clean cabin with a location close enough to the main strip, but quiet enough to get away from it. Communication with owner was very easy. We loved watching our furry black visitor each morning!

Gatlinburg stay

Property was nice. Driveway is very steep. We drove a dually truck- do not recommend but it is doable...as long as nobody else is driving the road that leads to this location. We did get to see a bear here!

We are a family of four from Cincinnati, Ohio. We fell in love with the Smokies many years ago and love going to the chalet any chance we can get. We love all the seasons the Smokies have to offer.

Why they chose this property

We chose to buy in Gatlinburg because we love to hike in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Our chalet is just 4 minutes from the National Park/ downtown Gatlinburg. Our kids each took their first hike in the Smokies when they were just 2 months old. Gatlinburg is such a family place and we have enjoyed numerous vacations with our children.
