Lovely 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo on the fifteenth floor of Phoenix I. Amazing aerial views of the gulf and tons of amenities. This is a 1845 sq ft Penthouse unit with unbelievable views!

· Fully-equipped kitchen with granite countertops
· Kitchen bar that seats three
· Dining area seats six
· King size bed in the Master bedroom
· All bedrooms have flat screen TV's
· Double sinks, jetted tub and separate shower in Master bathroom
· Spacious Gulf front balcony
*Please note: Phoenix I has a solar-heated outdoor pool, which allows comfortable year-round swimming. Phoenix I is also a smoke-free building, including balconies, inside condos, pool decks, stairwells and other common areas. A designated outdoor smoking area is available. On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.
