Lovely 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo on the fifteenth floor of Phoenix I. Amazing aerial views of the gulf and tons of amenities. This is a 1845 sq ft Penthouse unit with unbelievable views!

·     Flat screen television, Queen-sized sofa bed and a fireplace in living area

·     Fully-equipped kitchen with granite countertops

·     Kitchen bar that seats three

·     Dining area seats six

·     King size bed in the Master bedroom

·     All bedrooms have flat screen TV's

·     Double sinks, jetted tub and separate shower in Master bathroom

Great time

Exactly like the booking. Just make sure you know the unit number before you pull up. Guy at the gate will make you give him the unit number before he lets you in. Wasn’t the case at previous BR properties

Excellent location. Nice unit. Dryer did not work properly from the moment we arrived. Contacted administration several times with no resolution. They did "look" at the dryer, and determined it was fine. This was not the case, and with daily beach and pool trips, this was problematic. Would not recommend due to this, nor will we return to this facility in the future.
