Two bedrooms have kings, a third bedroom has 2 fulls, and there is a queen-sized pullout in the living room. Each bedroom has its own upscale bathroom, and there is a half bath in the hallway. The kitchen is a gourmet chef’s dream with expansive granite countertops, and stainless appliances including a huge SubZero fridge/freezer, a five-burner gas stove, an oven with warming drawer, a Ninja blender/processor, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a Keurig VUE coffeemaker. Brands include those elites such as Viking, Wolf, Jacuzzi, and SubZero, among others. There is also a separate ice maker and wine fridge in the wet bar, and a high-end front-loading HE washer and dryer in the private laundry. The balcony includes an outdoor kitchen with a top-of-the-line gas grill for cooking up your catch after a successful Deep Sea Fishing adventure! But if that’s not your cup of tea, just relax on the balcony (you’ve got your choice of an outdoor sofa, or the high-top table) and enjoy the incredible view of Perdido Pass. You might even catch some dolphins frolicking in the Gulf as you enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail!
