The house was great and spacious. There were little things that I wish were better like the bedding, more towels, and toilet tissue. I had trouble entering the home twice but the staff was excellent with helping us get a code that worked.

Enjoyable and peaceful relaxation

Had a great time, the pool and spa had light for night time and the water was warm. Very spacious with plenty of closet space. The bed mattresses were so comfortable and every room had a tv. I enjoyed the 6 bd with 5 bathroom house. The garage had a pool table and game table to keep kids entertained. Had access to oasis club, Championgate resort with free shuttle transportation to and from the house. We had all kitchen appliances that you need for cooking and eating. Neighborhood very quite and peaceful. I would recommend this place for a family trip and you would never be bored.

The perfect house

This house was perfect for our family visit to central Florida. Clean, and exactly as advertised. Payed for the heated pool and it was ready for swimming when we arrived. Would definitely stay again.

Good Experience Gone Bad!

One of the cable boxes did not work. I rented and paid for a 3 burner grill they gave us a 4 burner grill but still only 2 burners worked. One of the sinks in the master bathroom was clogged. Then when we checked out my credit card gets charged $100 to replace bedding that had a wet spot on it due to a wet towel. So that gives me the understanding that they do not clean their bedding after every guest. Which is so disgusting. Especially when I am already charged a cleaning fee when booking. I will not be booking with this property owner/manager in the future.
