My 8 year old really enjoyed our private pool. We were only a 5 minute walk to the community pool and slides. It was nice to have walmart less then a mile away.

Great Disney Vacation

Property was all that it was promised....clean, well maintained, 12 minutes from Disney parking, close to groceries and the neighborhood amenities were great...pool, game room, gym, etc. The property manager was very responsive....would stay here again on our next Disney adventure!

Disney Trip 2025

The last time we went to Disney was 7 years ago…we actually stayed in the same complex then as well! Highly recommend! House was clean and full of everything we needed! Loved having a washer and dryer. Thank you!

Very clean! Great communication. The home itself is a great atmosphere and it was nicely decorated. In need of new cooking wear. Spatula and other plastic utensils were weathered/particles breaking off. Bowls, plates and cups are all glass/ceramic so be careful if you have smaller kiddos. Beach towels were a total plus and having ice packs available was great! A nice touch would be to add a laundry basket. Overall our trip was great. We stayed 10 days. Both my boys (ages 15 and 11) loved the townhouse and appreciated having their own bedroom and bathroom. My younger kiddo enjoyed swimming in the pool especially at night because of the pool lights that changed colors. We would stay here again!

So convenient!!!

Property was great, everything was as expected and is close to the Disney parks and the resort pool and water slides. It felt very comfortable and had everything on site that was needed. I would recommend staying at this property, we hope to stay again in the future!

Great place for kids!

This was a great place to bring the kids! My 3 kids loved sharing a room and being able to play the PS4. We paid a little extra to have the pool heated and it was 100% worth it! It felt great after a long day at the parks! The house was very clean and we will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Wonderful stay!!!!

We got in at 430am and the check in process was super easy. We loved that all the bedrooms had their own bathroom. The bunk beds worked out great for the kids and they loved the Mickey Mouse theme. The location of the house in the neighborhood was great a super short walk to the clubhouse/pool. The ride to the parks was easy. The communication with the owner and property owner was great. For sure would stay again!!!

Clean, great location…we will be back.

A great property, the kids bedroom has lots of room…all three of my kids slept in a double bed each! Master bedroom bed was the most comfortable bed we’ve ever slept in. All appliances are current, new and working. Lively and clean, nice and safe too. Nice pool with lights for at night time. All linen and towels provided and clean. Would highly recommend and we’d definitely stay again.

Christmas at Disney

This townhouse has the PERFECT location for anyone interested in staying off property but going to Disney parks. We visited for one week over Christmas, traffic was insane; Apple Maps told us to take Sherberth Rd out of the parks and it leads right to the main intersection. We got to avoid all of the traffic at night! Very clean. Townhouse had everything we needed. Community feels very safe. We paid to have the plunge pool heated and it was perfect! Didn’t get to utilize the community pool/waterpark because of the cooler weather during our visit. We would definitely book here again if we come back to Disney

Great Townhouse for a family

We booked this townhouse for a quick last minute trip but we always stay at Windsor Hills. Location wise, this townhouse is in a great location towards the beginning of the community and it doesn’t take long to get it and out each day. All areas were very clean and matched the photos in the listing. There were a few small things that are usual for rentals with high use (one shower door kept coming off the track and the drain for the one tub kept falling down) but this didn’t take away from our experience. The kids loved the splash pool and it was nice to have a full kitchen to eat breakfast and dinner. Would definitely stay here again!

Cheer competition

We were down for a cheer competition. Property was spacious and just what we needed! Everything was clean and ready for our stay. The extra towels and pool towels were really appreciated. We did have a problem with the AC not working. However, management was easy to contact and a quick fix. These things happen and it did not inconvenience us. Would definitely stay again!

Great place for Disney and theme parks

This is our second time staying here and we love this place! The little pool is so much fun and having the kitchen helps save so much money when spending all day at the parks. As a heads up the sliding glass door to the pool seems to have something going on with it when it is opened or closed where it is difficult to move and also makes a loud noise. Might need a wheel adjustment or replacement. It was still usable and didn’t cause us a problem, just wanted to make sure you were aware.

Wonderful Stay

If I could give 10 stars I would! We had the best week at Windsor Hills. The condo exceeded our expectations and was super clean, great location to the pool area, and incredibly well stocked. Everything from pool towels to ice packs to a stocked pantry with olive oil/spices and even extra sandwich bags - the owners thought of everything that we might need and it was definitely appreciated! There was a Starbucks and Walmart right down the street, and Disney was only a 15 minute drive. There are plenty of restaurants and shops in the area as well. Overall I have no negative complaints except for I wish we had found this place sooner! We will definitely be back!

Wonderful stay

My family and I enjoyed the house. Of course our favorite amenitie was the pool. Besides the little hiccup with the pool heater our stay at Windsor Hills was beautiful. From the beautiful layout to the landscape in the back with breathtaking views. We were in awww of this place and was sad to leave. We will definitely be back in the near future thanks for having us in your home.

Great Location

Great Location very quiet street could easily get sleep, groceries. Saves so much money staying here. Trash daily is clutch. Laundry. Use the Minnie van for disney world otherwise just drive to location
