Situated in the prestigious guard-gated community of Ritz Pointe and within walking distance to Salt Creek Beach, Monarch Beach and Ritz/Carlton resorts. Our fully furnished and stocked home has two bedrooms, two full baths (queen in master bedroom, two twins in guest bedroom) and an open floor plan with formal dining room. Fireplace in the living room. Each bedroom has a walk-in closet. Separate laundry room, storage and wraparound balcony. Community amenities include direct access to Salt Creek Beach with walk/bike trails, association clubhouse, pool, spas(one with ocean views) and gym. 30 day minimum rental stay.

Visiting our son in San Diego for an extended time, we had an amazing time in this area for a six week stay! So much to do for all of us -like excellent water tours. Secure gated community with many amenities, short walk to beach, nearby great restaurants, clean, and a most thoughtful caring host. We highly recommend staying here!!

As an expat, we used to live in this area the last 4 years... Back in France since last June, we came back nearly "home" .Close to the beaches through the golf course by walk, 15 mn by car from Laguna Beach center, a nice "cachette".We will come back next year with pleasure for 2 months probably.

Good TV and Wi-Fi, which is important for us. Also, having a reserved parking space was very convenient . Queen bed instead of king was a drawback. Also would have liked a small desk in the guest room for my laptop. They had a table but no room for legs so it couldn’t be used as a desk. Keurig-like coffee maker worked fine but had a slight leak. Overall though, we enjoyed our stay ( that’s why we gave it four out of five stars) and host was very accessible and ready to help.

My family had the BEST time here! Would definitely stay again! loved this rental.

My family and I, 2 adults, a 2 year old and a 6 year old stayed here for 30 days. The place was roomy, clean, and had everything needed for our stay! Our host answered any questions we had, was very friendly and helpful. She even put out little sand buckets for the kids! So sweet. The best thing abkut this rental is the location 😍. Its 5 minutes away from salt creek beach, and we had the best time soaking in the beach before our move to TN. It’s 10-15 minutes from so many other places, San Clemente, beaches, parks. We had the best month!

6 Week Stay - Summer 2019

Our family enjoyed our 6 week stay this summer. Wonderful location in Dana Point, close to Laguna Beach and San Clemente. Walking distance to the beach at Salt Creek (although it is a hike back up). Nice pool and hot tub area(s). Good layout, plenty of closet space with a fully equipped kitchen. Owner is very responsive and accommodating.

The owner is so welcoming and cares very much about your comfort and enjoyment. The condo is located on beautiful nature trails with direct access to Stoney Creek Beach Park in Dana Point. Safe with welcoming guards at guard gate. Condo is pristine and clean with nice patio. Can’t say enough about our incredible experience in Dana Point and Ritz Point Condo!
