The fully equipped kitchen has a modern look and features stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar for casual dining. Or have a family meal in the dining table with ocean views. There are a total of 3 bedrooms, equipped with 2 king beds and 2 full size beds. The main floor master bedroom features a king bed and expansive walk-in closet. The ensuite master bathroom features a sleek, walk-in shower with a rainfall shower head. On the daylight basement level you will discover both guest bedrooms. Both are stylishly decorated with comfortable bedding.

- This is a private property and the host reserves the right to access the property at any time to perform maintenance repairs necessary or requested by the renter.
-Maintenance/Vendors schedule: we are unable to offer refunds or credits for inconveniences due to scheduling and maintenance done during your stay. While we expect the schedule days and times to be twice a month for Landscaping maintenance, that can change without notice to us. Guests should understand that such vendors must be able to access the home as well as service the property so we request that our maintenance teams are not turned away if they should overlap your stay.

-Security camera/recording device - Our properties may have outdoor security cameras aimed on the exterior of the home, doorbell camera and/or an alarm system for the safety of the house and its occupants. Non-recording audio monitoring devices (NoiseAware) might be installed onsite to warn us of excessive noise and avoid complaints.
