About this property

Charming Village home. Walk to Everything: Restaurants, shops, and canal trail

In the heart of the village of Pittsford, this house is perfect for a getaway, HS and College graduations, golf tournaments, Bills training camp, etc.

It is literally one block to shopping, coffee shops, St. Louis School/Church, restaurants, etc. Walk a couple more blocks to the historical Canal trail.

This house has 3 bedrooms plus an office on the 2nd floor. It sleeps 6 people not including the office.

Why spend money on a hotel when you can have an entire house!!

I grew up in the area and always loved the village. I continue to use the house on a very regular basis for personal use since my family still lives in town. This ensures that I take very good care of the house and very much care about the neighborhood.

I hope you love the house as much as I do. It is a great space in the winter with the fireplace and in the warmer months using the front porch and NEW stone patio in the back yard!!

We are always so grateful if you are able to start any of the laundry for us. It saves so much time in turning over the house. We would just ask that anything you start, you get into the dryer!! Thx

I try to keep the rental fee as low as possible. To do that I would appreciate you washing the sheets /towels & remaking the beds. Not mandatory!!!
Pls put garbage & recycling in the garbage cans outside garage. ALL garbage should be in tied bags. Please don't leave garbage inside when you leave.
