Jackie was very pleasant. She was very accommodating to let us check in a little early. The apartment is bright and airy and nicely furnished. It is within easy walking distance to the Erie Canal and various shops.

Apartment is just as it is described, very clean and updated. Lots of nice touches (snacks, coffee, bath products), A/C worked perfectly and beds were really comfortable.

Great place/great location

The apartment is perfect. Fairport is a great canal village. The apartment is within walking distance of all Village restaurants, shops and attractions. We stay here whenever possible during visits to Rochester. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed the apartment. Perfectly situated to walk to all of Fairport's amenities. The master bed was very comfortable, the place was plenty spacious and comfortable. Host was very quick to respond to the one request we had while we were there.

Great location and plenty of space in unit, and clean. Host provided coffee and a couple of snack including delicious loaf of bread from local bakery. Very close proximity to village-just a stone’s throw to Fairport Brewing. Limitation to times available to use back porch and run dishwasher -did not impact our stay but could be inconvenient if staying for a week or longer.

This is a really lovely home with old-school craftsman design with modern amenities and conveniences. It was exactly what we needed for a week-long retreat near Rochester. Fairport is a real charmer of a town and our place represented that sentiment perfectly.

Great place

Perfect space for my family (group of 4 visiting the 5th who attends a Rochester-area college). Great Fairport Village location—walk to all the amenities. We’ve stayed the last two times during the NCAA Tourney, and the living room is a perfect set up for post-dinner relaxing in front of the tv. If it were available whenever I visited, I’d without question stay here every time.

Charming apartment in Fairport

Ideal location for our stay over the holidays. Walkable to family and into the village. Cozy bedrooms. Bathrooms a bit cold when it got really cold (teens). Sweet gift bag when we arrived. Some quirks, but I'd definitely stay there again.

Great property

Great location in Fairport Village. Easy access to unit and off-street parking. Apartment was in excellent condition and very comfortable for family of 5. (Living room couch fit the whole family for night in watching NCAA game.)

The apartment and the location were perfect. We slept 4 adults very comfortably with enough linens and beds for each one of us. The apartment was clean and the host was very welcoming and left us a gift bag of local treats. It is within walking distance of small shops, restaurants, salons, and ice cream parlors. The kitchen was stocked with basic necessities including coffee, oil, and spices.

Great spot for a Fairport weekend

My sisters and I were in Fairport for a weekend, and this apartment was absolutely perfect for us. We loved walking around the Village (and over to the Canal for some spectacular gelato!) and then coming back to relax at the apartment. Lovely gathering space in the living room and kitchen--with an AMAZING gift basket waiting for us when we arrived!--and great that we each had our own bedroom. The host is 5-star, with prompt and friendly communications. We also appreciated the plentiful parking. Will definitely stay again when we return to Fairport!

Nice stay for a difficult weekend.

The property could not have been better for us. It was very comfortable and well appointed. We stayed with our adult daughter and only minutes from our family in Fairport. The weekend was for a celebration of a young man's life; very important and not having to worry about our accommodations or burden family with our needs was a pleasure. Check in was fine - code with lock was little sticky but after a few tries get used to it. Kitchen was clean, however not stocked with any food storage containers for leftovers, very few pots/pans. No cleaning products available to use in kitchen or bathroom. Bedrooms were comfortable with many sheets/towels provided. No laundry detergent available. Location excellent.

Fairport stay for wedding

Property was as it was advertised very clean but the HVAC system did not work well and every night when we would return no matter how we set the thermostat it was 77-80 degrees in the middle of summer could not sleep.
