Spring Break/Holy Week Restrictions: All guests must be 21+ unless part of an immediate family group.
Wristbands are required for all guests during Spring Break/Holy Week and are $25 + tax, per person.

The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, and cooking utensils. The dining area is a great place to enjoy family meals. The living area offers plenty of seating for guests to sit and relax. The condo entails 3 spacious bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the living room, accommodating 10 people comfortably.

The balcony is large, and offers up close and personal views of South Padre Island's gorgeous beach and beautiful ocean waters.
