We enjoyed the property very much. The decor was perfect. Everything was clean and well supplied with what we needed to have fun, cook breakfast or a meal and hang out, Easy access to the beach too. The pool was perfect. We will be back.

This is by far the best rental that we have ever stayed at. It was true to pictures, spotless, and incredibly well stocked. Anything you could possibly need for a day at the beach can be found in one of the closets. Very comfortable and very quiet. The beach access alone makes this the only place I could imagine staying at the next time we visit SPI.Mari was communicative and available if we needed anything.

Our family had a wonderful time! The condo was perfect. It was very clean and well maintained. The owner had beach toys, chairs, etc. for use. They also had several board games to keep the kids busy. The property was very family friendly and beach access was only a few feet away. The host provided us with all the information we needed and also gave some recommendations for local restaurants and things to do. We will definitely stay there again.

We had a great time at the condo. Check in/out was a breeze and the location was excellent. Short walk to the beach and the condo had beach toys and chairs ready to use for the whole family.

We loved this condo and the beach is not as crowded, even on a holiday, since it is the last one before Isla Blanca Park begins down by the jetties. Comfortable bedding, blankets, beach decor, beach chairs, boogie boards, toys, fully equipped kitchen with nice small appliances. Everything we needed was there! Pictures are accurate. I would definitely recommend and would rent again! We love SPI, the water just keeps getting prettier every year and was so clear! Thank you!

Wonderful Stay!

This condo was everthing and more than advertised, and the owner, Mari, was so attentive to any and all questions. Will definitely rent again whenever we return to Sea Vista!
