250 m from the beach and the port, is our semi-detached holiday rental house, in a small residence where calm is assured. Large enclosed land (common to the property) where children can play in peace. Playground near by. Walking and cycling trips are possible from the house. At 700 m, a daily market in the town is available on Place de l'Abbatiale, shops: bakery, pastry shop, newsagent, fishmonger, butcher, various restaurants (crêperie, pizzeria ...), mini-market with the possibility of home delivery , various library services, bicycle rental.
Description of the house. Ground floor: Cuis corner. fitted, induction hob, dishwasher, pyrolysis oven. Living room: 3 seater sofa. Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (160 cm). Mezzanine: 1 bed (120 cm sofa), shower room - bedroom in the attic (access by miller's ladder): 2 beds (90 cm). Outside: Terrace, private garden and garage.

Logement très bien situé tout près des deux plages situées de part et d’autre du port au moines. À cette époque de l’année, on voit très bien la mer depuis la chambre. La terrasse est très agréable et nous avons pu en profiter un maximum avec ce beau temps chaud inespéré en avril Le sentier des douaniers qui longe le littoral est très bien entretenu et la vue est magnifique. On peut également accéder facilement à pied aux commerces comme la boulangerie, la boucherie… et le marché à côté de l’égliseLes propriétaires sont très sympathiques Nous espérons pouvoir revenir bientôt

Hebergement très propre et très bien équipé une petite terrasse donnant sur un espace vert très bien entretenu permet une bonne relaxation.Très bien situé à deux pas des plages et des sentiers côtiers et du port au moines. Pas très loin non plus du beau marché hebdomadaire de Saint Gildas.La ville Sarzeau avec tous les commerces se trouve à 6kms.Nous gardons un bon souvenir de notre séjour. Les proprietaires sont très arrangeants et à l'écoute

Un beau séjour

Nous avons passé 15 jours à Saint Gildas de Rhuys début août. La location est très bien, fonctionnelle et proche des plages du port aux Moines et à 15 minutes à pied du bourg. La maisonnette convient parfaitement pour deux adultes et un enfant. Au delà, si la pluie est au rendez vous, cela peut s'avérer plus compliqué mais tout de même vivable. La communication avec les propriétaires est très fluide, ces derniers étant arrangeants et souples sur les horaires d'arrivée et de départ. Bref, nous recommandons cette location si vous voulez découvrir la presqu'île !

posto bellissimo situato in un parco, appartamento su 2 piani di una serie di villette a schiera. Tranquillo ed estremamente silenzioso, pulizia ovunque, a 300 metri dal mare. Posto macchina e garage a disposizione. Proprietaria gentile e disponibile. Perfetto!
