We are proud to say that we have met the high government health and safety standards for reopening of COVID 19. Our condo before every stay and the entire property are being thoroughly sanitized on scheduled bases. Brand new ultra modern 2 bedroom 3 bathroom luxury condominium directly across from Eagle Beach offering full stunning views of the ocean and pool. This property offers complete turn key accommodations for a romantic getaway or with your family. Located approximately 15 minutes from the airport this upscale beachside community features only 56 luxury condo unit with a very large pool, hot tub jacuzzi and fully equipped fitness centre in a tropical setting. The unit offers an 2 bedrooms each with a separate 3 piece bathroom. There is also a 2 piece common washroom located in the hallway.The beautiful unit offers approximately 1300 sq ft of luxury living space. Sleeping arrangements are " Master Bedroom King Size Bed " , Second bedroom offers " Queen Size Bed " and lastly there is a sleeper sofa in the living area. TV's are located in both bedroom and the living area with cable and internet included.

We will return!

The property was very clean and view was spectacular. The proximity to the beach was perfect for our family and we opted to spend sunsets swimming at the gorgeous Eagle Beach. We planned two off-property excursions and the remaining days were spent at the amazing pool. We had a few questions and they were answered by the management staff promptly. Having the washer-dryer in the unit allowed us to pack lightly and wash clothing on-site. The well-stocked kitchen meant we could prepare a few meals on-site though the myriad restaurants nearby (or within a 10min taxi ride) meant we had at least one meal out each day!

We had a wonderful time!! The place was exactly like the pictures, clean and convenient! Eagle beach is beautiful and takes 5 mins to walk to!! The view from the balcony is amazing to wake up to!! We would definitely rent this place again!!

Wonderful stay

The property was immaculate. Check took a little bit of time. But was smooth and easy. We had a wonderful stay. The security guards at the gate were amazing about getting a taxi whenever we needed.

Beautiful condo and great ocean view

I enjoyed my stay at LeVent in this condo and highly recommend it. The property manager was very responsive and helpful prior to my arrival and while I was there. The condo is very clean and there was a lovely welcome basket on the kitchen counter when I checked in. Unfortunately, it was too large for me since I was traveling alone. There are some places to eat in walking distance of the condo. I highly recommend breakfast at Paradise Beach Villas. Go out to the security entrance and take a left. You can walk through the lot that's immediately to the left and it's directly on the left just go to the Tiki bar. Getting around Aruba is very easy with a quick tax ride. I don't recommend using Ricky when you arrive at the airport. It should be taxis there that you can use to get to the condo. Your trip should be max $40 from the airport and not more than $50 including a stop at the store. I learned the hard way. Not only that, his vehicle was not nice enough to overcharge me. The seat was torn and the seat belt was broken so I couldn't use it. Literally all of the other taxis I used while I was there was nicer. I ended up having a nice young lady pick me up and she became my driver for the remainder of my trip and I tipped her well each time since she wasn't overcharging me.

Best spot on the island

Beautiful location and even better apartment and facility. They maintain and clean the facility every morning and deep clean once a week. It's 3 min away from the beach walking and the pool they have is super nice. They are doing some renovation of walkways around the Eagle Beach so the walkways are not great but the beach is one of the best in the world. Highly recommended.

The condo was prefect. There were four of us, my husband, our college aged daughter and her friend. Spacious, very clean. Well accommodated with beach chairs, towels, cooler, etc. Walk right across the street to Eagle Beach, which was as amazing as everyone says. The pool at the condo was great. Easy walk to grocery shopping if you don't have a car. Easy walk to restaurants. Short cab right to downtown and the high rise area. Would definitely stay again.

Great location and access to Eagle Beach

Sonaly and Daniella was super helpful with check in. Condo was even better in person and had a great view of Eagle Beach. Welcome fruit and juice basket was appreciated. We enjoyed the floats and beach chairs too. Awesome stay and would stay again the next time we come to Aruba.

Very nice condo.

We arrived at LeVent after a few days prior with the property manger asking when our flight arrived and Sonally or Danielle would be there to greet us. We waited for over 20 minutes before Danielle arrived. Danielle was sorry about the wait, but we just wanted to get to our condo. She was very sweet and showed us around the condo. The welcome basket was a very thoughtful gesture. We suggested that coffee might be an addition to the bag, because there was none. My friend and I had discussed that before we arrived if there wasn't coffee that it states in the listing that there is a convient store on site, there is none! We ended up walking to the grocery just to get a few groceries. The condo was very lovely. My suggestion is to replace your frying pans there was two and one being in terrible condition. More dish towels and beach towels are needed in the unit two are definitely not sufficient. We enjoyed are stay and with the added suggestions would stay there again.

Amazing location on Eagle Beach

Eagle Beach is simply amazing and you will not regret staying at this location. Our family loved staying at this property right on Eagle Beach. The unit had four beach chairs and cooler and towels that we brought out to the beach nearly daily while we stayed in Aruba. The location was perfect - several restaurants were within walking distance and it was a great location set between the downtown area and the high rise area (i.e., it was not crazy busy.) We enjoyed having three bathrooms having three girls in our group (wife and two daughters - 11, 13.) The kitchen had everything you needed and it was great to be able to hit up the pool between activities and the beach. We never had trouble getting chairs around the pool. Just watch the iguanas down there though - they like food and will get very close. The only thing that would have made our stay better was that the pillows were not great. I'd recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Aruba.

Gorgeous Condo in Paradise

My husband and I stayed at Seabreeze in early March, 2024. It exceeded our expectations. It was so clean and well stocked, and very well decorated. I loved that there was a TV in each bedroom. It was a 5 minute walk across the street to Eagle Beach, which is also gorgeous. The location was perfect as we could walk to the grocery store or to many restaurants. Only have to take a taxi to and from the airport. You can even take the bus into town as there is a bus stop just across the street. We will definitely be back. Every one of the staff we met were so friendly and helpful.

Great Eagle beach stay

Condo unit is very nice. Plenty of space and awesome view from balcony. Appliances took a bit to get used to. Make sure to empty dryer condenser as it fills with water. Pool and hot tub were nice and property itself very well cared for. Location is right across from Eagle beach. Get to beach early and you can get a palapa. Unit does have cooler and beach chairs. Small issue with beach chairs they are not the backpack style. So carrying them to beach makes that a bit inconvenient. If your looking for quiet experience awesome sunset view from balcony and plenty of space to spread out i would recommend this place. We also really appreciated the gift baskwt upon arrival.

Great property

Less congested than Palm Beach. Walking distance to a number of restaurants. Easy to get cab for farther locations. LeVent is one of the smaller properties on Eagle Beach which we prefer. Only issue was pool chaises were reserved by a number of people who didn’t use them for hours. LeVent should establish some rule against this. Had a wonderful relaxing time.

great location and new property

Nice, new condo. Very clean. 25 minute walk to big grocery store SuperFood. Nice pool and BBQ grills. I had a little trouble getting hooked up with PM day of checkin, but once we did everything went smoothly. Had American TV channels although they did drop at times. Very friendly security who could get us cabs quickly and safely. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing Aruba stay!

Thank you for a lovely stay in Aruba! This apartment was everything we needed. Perfect location on Eagle Beach, with a lovely pool that has a great shallow area for smaller kids. The view is lovely, and there are some nice restaurants just a short walk away. Grocery store is also close, which is convenient. The apartment is well-appointed, clean and comfortable. The host is very responsive and helpful with local advice. We hope to come back!

Perfect location

Just steps from Eagle Beach (towards the less crowded end) and walking distance or a short scooter ride to restaurants, bars, and groceries. Very clean, comfortable, and a nice pool.

Amazing place and location

Amazing property and location. So easy to find. Short 3 min walk to beach. Awesome pool. Iguanas were evening fun to have around. Place was well maintained and comfortable. Would highly recommend this place for your family vacation. Food is a drive away but grocery store was really close. Full kitchen.
