This stunning 2 bedroom and 2.5 bath condo is located across the street from one of the most beautiful and pristine beaches in the world…Eagle Beach.
This open concept condo provides ample room for personal space yet allows for intimate conversations to make the most beautiful memories.
This home away from home will pamper you with all the perks to make your vacation a dream come true. From the tranquil bedrooms with their own en suite spa like bathrooms with rain showerheads to the fully equipped modern kitchen with everything necessary to create your own homemade masterpieces.  The hardest decision is deciding whether to dine indoors or on the private balcony enjoying the gorgeous sunsets. If BBQing is your thing, there’s also that option by the pool.
There’s also wonderful restaurants within walking distance….fine dining, casual pizza, romantic candle light dinner on the beach…take your pick. The world is your oyster…..
More restaurants, shopping, casinos and night life is only a few minutes’ drive.
If you have a larger travel group, please ask us about the other unit that we can also accommodate you in unit 205 in the same building.

Relaxation At It’s Best

The property was great and very convenient to the beach and restaurants. We did not rent a car and had no problems getting taxis for the places we didn’t walk. We will definitely be back.

We stayed here for the Christmas holiday and had a great stay! Sie was easy to contact and we were greeted upon arrival. The condo was exactly as pictured, with nice loungers at the pool and right across the street from Eagle Beach. We had a rental car and this made getting groceries, going to Palm Beach area for dinner, and visiting other beaches around the island super easy. I would definitely recommend.

Great times in Aruba

Our stay at LeVent was awesome! The property manager Sie was so helpful with directions, check-in/out and anything we needed. She even went out of her way to find a high chair for our 9 month old which was so helpful! Condo location is steps from Eagle Beach and the condo has all the beach supplies you need. We would definitely rent this unit again for another family trip to Aruba.

Excellent accommodations

We stayed there for eight weeks. The property was exactly as shown in the pictures on VRBO. The property manager was INCREDIBLY GOOD. She actually had prerecorded videos on how to use the appliances. She was super responsive. Any time we had questions or concerns she would reply IMMEDIATELY and either give us an answer or fix the issue, which was always a small one.

First but not the last !!

There are too many good things to list about this place. Immaculate condo and the pool and grounds are beautifully kept. So close to the beach and the entry guard was always helpful getting a taxi for us. The owners have a beautiful and well decorated home with plenty of beach amenities to use. Chairs , floats and cooler. We added to the float collection rather than bring it home. We will be back ! Thanks So Much !!

Simply Beautiful

We loved the modern decor. Outstanding view. Steps from Eagle Beach. Well maintained property. Exactly as stated on the listing. Well equipped kitchen for those who cook. Superfoods grocery is super close and convenient if you need to pick up items. We had breakfast and lunch in and dinners out. All of our restaurants were fabulous. Highly recommend BLT at the Ritz, Flying Fishbone,Barefoot on the beach, El Gaucho. Loved the sunsets from the large balcony. Check in super easy. Highly recommend this place. Just amazing. First time In Aruba. Go Snorkeling and rent a car to tour the island and the beaches for yourself. Jet skiing was awesome. Sunset cruise 5 stars too.

Pleasant

Although Eagle Beach is fabulous in order to get to restaurants you had to take a taxi which can be expensive. Two down points of the condominium was that the living area was not comfortable. The couch was very uncomfortable for lounging. There were no pillows or blankets; and the dehumidifier in the living area was so loud when it ran you could not watch TV. The Building Manager, Sie, could not have been more accommodating. We really appreciated her.

We had a fantastic stay at this condo with stunning views. Check-in was seamless, and a friendly representative from the management company greeted us upon arrival. The condo was thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed, from coolers for the beach to coffee filters. Eagle Beach is just across the street. The grounds are immaculate, and the pool is a wonderful spot to relax. Highly recommended!

LeVent condos

This was an awesome vacation we definitely want to repeat. We previously went to Marco Island in Florida but this was even better. The condo was great and has an awesome pool area and if you prefer the beach it’s just a short walk. We were in the off season so not an overload of other people but didn’t feel like we were on an abandoned island. Many good restaurants within walking distance and nice walking or jogging paths.

Beautiful condo

We loved everything about our stay. The owner met us there upon arrival to get us settled. The condo was beautiful. The beach was so close. The condo was stocked with towels, beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, kitchen essentials. Would absolutely stay again!

Great place, property, and general location on Eagle Beach. We have stayed on Palm beach multiple times and after visiting Eagle Beach, we will always return to Eagle. Less traffic, tourists, and the beach and ocean are so much better than palm imo. The condo was clean, spacious, and had great views.

Great place to relax

This VRBO is great for relaxation. The pool is just steps away and the beach is not much farther. Lots of amenities for the beach. Great sunsets. Everything you could want. We all had a great time!

Perfect vacation rental!

This vacation rental is perfect! The unit is modern, clean and fully equipped. The pool, grounds and hot tub are lovely. The location is steps from Eagle Beach which is amazing. You can walk to bars, restaurants and the grocery store. Bus line is steps away so easy transportation to other areas on the island.

Beautiful condo, great location!

This was my first vrbo so I was a little nervous - thankfully, this condo is absolutely everything it says it is! The property manager gave me great instructions beforehand and met us at the condo at check in. Everything was clean and the space is well decorated and comfortable. The view is amazing! And we had everything that we needed and more. It is in a great location on Eagle Beach - lots of places to eat and just a short drive to Palm Beach or downtown. 100% recommend for a stay in Aruba!

Lovely condo in Eagle Beach

Sipping my morning coffee and watching the sailboats in the Carribean Sea from the 5th floor balcony of this lovely condo was a perfect way to start out each day. From the same balcony, watching the sun go down in the evenings was a calming ending for each day. The condo is bright with an open-floor plan, clean, and furnished nicely. It is located a very short block walk to the white sandy beach or if I felt like relaxing at the pool on the property, it was well maintained and very nice.

Eagle Beach Gem!!!

This condo was immaculate! Sie was a great host and gave us a personal tour upon check in. The building is solid and noise proof. The pool area is large and beautifully landscaped. And best of all, the pristine beach is right across the street! The unit is large, roomy, but cozy. Highly recommend!
