Monthly Winter Rental-fully furnished, including all utilities, cable and WiFi- 4 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath cottage with a 3 season porch and two decks on the east shore of beautiful Spring Lake with amazing sunsets. Sleeps 6 comfortably. Fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer and gas grill. 100 ft dock with 40 feet of private beach. Fabulous views and sunsets. 3 miles to Grand Haven and Lake Michigan. Public access to launch a boat near by at Petty's Bayou. Off street parking for 3 vehicles. Near bike path, tennis and basketball courts. Families only, no pets, no smoking.
Weekly rental during June-September with monthly winter rental available.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
