Directly Across The Street From Grand Haven State Park, View Of Pier/Lighthouse

5 weeks left for the Summer of 2027. Grab a week before they're gone.

Our Cottage is directly across from the state park in Grand Haven. 5 bedroom, 2 bath home directly across the street from the state park, and completely renovated makes this cottage the perfect location with all the modern conveniences. The upper-level renovation was completed in March of 2022 with updated decor, bedding, and new carpet.

We book from Saturday to Saturday all summer. We also book long weekends or a minimum of 2 days for the rest of the year. It is the perfect getaway year-round. In the summer, you are steps away from the beach, and in the fall and winter, watch waves crash into the pier and lighthouse from the front four-season room. The main floor has newer appliances, including a washer and dryer. Marble counters with a snack bar, wood plank flooring, and shiplap walls.

Huge deck with picnic table and gas grill with beautiful views of Lake Michigan. We are thrilled to present La Dolce Vita. Please email or call with questions.

This is in a great location across from the state park with access to the beach, lighthouse pier, and canal walkways you can take into the social district about a mile away. The Kirby House restaurant has great food and if you are there in-season, try the Pronto Pups deep fried hotdogs on a stick (near the Snug Harbor restaurant). There is lots to do in Grand Haven. Very friendly to walking, running, and biking. We had a great stay and wish it was longer.

Another great stay at this perfectly located VRBO! This was our second time at this home. We love the decor and the everything about this home provides a great Lake Michigan beach trip. The place is clean and offers nice linens and comfy beds so you can get a good nights sleep. They also have beach gear on the back porch to use. We enjoyed playing games around the large kitchen table in the evenings with our group and sitting with the lake view from the side deck as well. Thx again, we will be back!

LOCATION is the best! You cannot beat the view from the deck of this house and front porch! Plenty of space to spread out with friends or family to enjoy this home! The place is decorated lovely lake theme and was clean plus we really enjoyed quality linens and beds were also comfy. Always appreciate a fridge with a icemaker and water too. Parking for 4 cars a bonus. The checkin was flawless and easy and we will be back soon! Thx again!

Amazing Girls Weekend

We stayed her for a weekend with a group of women and it was absolutely perfect. Everyone could sleep in their own bed which was a huge perk and we loved the location. The porch and sun room were great for morning coffee.

Home is Cottage cute and close to the beach. Bathrooms are very small but everything you need for a fun time at the beach. Would recommend for a family or small group.

A Week at the Beach

A nice home located across the street from Grand Haven State Park. Great beach access and a five minute bike ride to downtown GH. Very well maintained, very clean and very liveable for our extended family. Nice neighbors as well.

Why they chose this property

You will love this property from the moment you pull in the large parking area equipped for 4 cars. You are directly across the street from the state park without any steps in your way. The family room opens to the dining room and kitchen with a snack bar. The sunroom is my favorite room in the house where you can people-watch in the summer or watch the waves crash onto the shore and against the pier in the windy fall and winter season. With 5 bedrooms and 2 baths, there is room to sleep 10 privately and comfortably.

What makes this property unique

No stairs to the beach, Four season sun room, new kitchen with granite counters, and new appliances including dishwasher, new washer and dryer, mud room to throw towels and shoes. This cottage is perfect for year round vacationing.
