Charming apartment in Côte d'Azur villa, private garden and large pool.

Located in the centre of the French Riviera, quiet, on a hill but close to the seaside, Villa Magalie has an apartment that includes 2 charming rooms for 4/5 people, a fenced garden, without any vis-à-vis and a completely private swimming pool. You can thus fully enjoy the swimming pool, as there are no other tenants and we do not use the pool when the tenants use it.

The apartment is composed of an original air-conditioned "living room" which opens directly onto the swimming pool, on the terrace and which offers a magnificent view of the Baous. Inside, a fully equipped designer kitchen (refrigerator, microwave oven + grill, induction hob, dishwasher...), a top-of-the-range sofa bed, very comfortable of the Dienne brand (one bed), unless you prefer to sleep on the mezzanine where a double bed (140) allows you to enjoy a panoramic view of the pool. This room has a small en-suite bathroom and a separate toilet.

Upstairs, an atypical bedroom, air-conditioned, cleverly arranged and decorated in the spirit of a seaside cabin, hosts "a sleeping area" with a 160 cm double bed, "a hydro corner" with shower, sink and whirlpool bath, "a play area" with television, as well as a desk.

But from June to September, the room where you stay the most is the garden, with its large central swimming pool (10m x 4.20m), its summer kitchen and its shaded terrace. Located on an old olive grove, the garden is mainly composed of a dozen hundred-year-old olive trees and different types of palm trees, providing precious shade in summer. The garden, not overlooked, is pleasantly used as a private beach and overlooks the swimming pool, which is equipped with a large submerged bench, conducive to relaxation and idleness. The swimming pool benefits from beautiful sunshine all summer long, so the water is very warm. At the beginning and end of the season, the swimming pool is equipped with a high-performance solar heating cover that keeps the heat and increases the temperature of the water. The swimming pool is open from April to the end of October and therefore closed from November to the end of March.

Nestled in height, at an altitude of 300 metres, this typical Provençal house benefits from ideal sunshine, from morning to evening. The property is located in a quiet residential area and is located two minutes from a small shopping centre (supermarket, bakery, doctors, garages...), 5 minutes from the villages of La Gaude and St Jeannet and less than 20 minutes from Nice Côte d'Azur airport, the sea and therefore the beaches, as well as other tourist places such as St Paul, Vence, Tourettes sur Loup, Les Baous, Marineland or Cap 3,000 for shopping. Its central position on the Côte d'Azur allows you to radiate and quickly visit Cannes, as well as Monaco, Menton, the old Nice, the Cap d'Antibes, the Cap Ferrat... not to mention St Tropez and the many escapades in the hinterland. The owners, Christine and Philippe, both from families from Nice, will be able to reveal the treasures of the Riviera.

Miscellaneous: this apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility and is located in a private detached villa occupied only by the owners. Free access to the swimming pool, as well as to the summer kitchen (equipped with a barbecue), free internet, private parking, children welcome, pets may be allowed on request.
