Sleeps 20 comfortably. 8 bedrooms, 4 kings, 4 queens, 1 bunk bed and 1 sleeper sofa, 3 living rooms, 3 dining rooms, 4 bathrooms, 3 kitchens, 3 laundry rooms. Also a large pavilion with a outdoor kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a game room. Only 10 minutes from down town yet very secluded. There are 3 sections of the lodge. Each section can be rented separately according to your needs. Big Buck is the upstairs section sleeps 10. Sleeping Fawn is the downstairs back sleeps 6 and Running Doe is the downstairs front, sleeps 4. Free WiFi , central heat and air. Call for price 256-996-0611. Best host ever. Built us a bonfire one night in the fabulous large firepit. Beautiful home and plenty of space for our family of 9. Everyone had their own area. Very convenient to Ft. Payne and Mentone. Would love to stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our church young adults retreat here! It was stocked better than any other house we have stayed at. The location was secluded but still close to town. We plan to stay here again in the future if possible!

Family vacation

The house is laid out really nicely for an extended family with two two-bedroom family suites downstairs that each have a kitchen and living area, a large master suite, and three additional bedrooms upstairs. The kitchen is well-stocked, though measuring cups and spoons are sparse so you might want to bring some if you plan to cook. There were 17 of us and we had plenty of space. We really enjoyed the pavilion area with wading pool, grill, and fire pit. All in all, it was a great stay.

We brought our staff up for a getaway and was greatly pleased with the accommodations! Plenty of room to spread out but also a great space for being all together. And the outside area is fantastic with plenty of seating & eating areas plus games to play. Great for a large families, gathering of friends, or small staff & spouse retreat. Amazing home and host

We were in town for a family funeral and were easily able to house friends and family in this amazing house. Jeff’s hospitality was fantastic! And the outdoor patio area was an amazing location for our family reception and reunion. If anything, the house is undersold on VRBO. This is a no-brainer!

Great Buck Lodge

Our group had a great time at the Great Buck Lodge over a long weekend. Honestly the in-person experience was better than the initial pictures presented. We had plenty of space and enjoyed the extras such as the on-site grills, fireplace, etc. Additionally, our group loved having an outdoor kitchen close to the grill for easy dinner prep, etc. Pleasantly surprised!
