Construction Update – Long Beach Resort (As of April 2, 2026)
We are excited to share that construction at Long Beach Resort is winding down and the property is quickly returning to normal operations!
The lagoon pool is now open and available for guest enjoyment
The pool between Towers 1 & 2 is also open
Towers 1 and 2 are fully complete
Tower 3 is substantially complete
Tower 4 is in its final stages and wrapping up
While there may still be some minor work and loose ends being completed, the vast majority of the project is finished.

At this time, beach access is available through Towers 1 and 2 only, but additional access points are expected to reopen soon as work concludes.

We truly appreciate your patience throughout this improvement project. With construction nearing completion, Long Beach Resort is almost fully back to normal—and ready to provide the exceptional beach experience our guests know and love.

Two of the three beautifully appointed bedrooms features a king-size bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep for all guests. The guest bedroom offers two queen size beds. For additional flexibility, a queen sleeper sofa is available in the living room to accommodate extra guests. With ample space and a welcoming atmosphere, this condo is perfect for both relaxation and recreation.

The open-concept living area is designed to bring the beauty of the beach indoors with panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico from the private balcony. The fully-equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, making it easy to prepare meals and snacks. Enjoy your meals at the spacious dining table or unwind in the cozy living room.

Long Beach Beach Resort is a premier destination with direct beach access, so you can spend your days lounging in the sun or taking a swim in the emerald waters. The resort also offers a range of amenities, including a large lagoon pool, two smaller Polynesian style pools, three hot tubs, communal grill stations at each end of the property, and an on-site pool bar(opened seasonally).

Great Condo for Girl Trips

This condo was perfect for my husband and me to vacation with our adult children. It was very spacious and yet cozy. The view from any room in the unit was spectacular! We loved that we could see the beautiful gulf when we lounged by the pool too.

This property was immaculate and perfect. There was plenty of parking and the staff that worked the gate was wonderful!!! We usually go to Destin/ Ft. Walton for vacation. This year we decided to try PCB. This condo was the best, property management was the best. I can’t say enough of how comfortable the beds were and how awesome the pool was. We literally had the perfect stay. Everything is close by and easy to get too! The sheets and linens were high quality! Best condo yet and best vacation yet!

Great place with great views

This place was better than we thought, each room had a wonderful view and balcony to enjoy your coffee or evening drink. It was plenty of space for 4 adults and 5 kids. During our visit the keurig broke and I msged the property manager within an hour we had someone deliver a new keurig. That was pretty impressive. We really enjoyed the beach chairs and umbrella provided when booking this condo.

Family Vacation

This condo was exactly as described. Would highly recomend this unit. It was clean and very spacious for our group. Wonderful view!! View over lagoon pool was great too! The condo owners were very responsive and easy to communicate with. The only issue we had was with the tv in the bedroom and they answered my email immediately and took care of the issue immediately. One of the cleaneat condos i have stayed in at long beach. I will definitely stay here again:)

Perfect place to stay in Panama City Beach

The condo was very clean, updated, and fun beachy decorations. The Tower was in a wonderfully convenient location in PCB. Close to Walmart, Pineapple Willies, Shipwreck Island and more. The pool had a small bar grill. We enjoyed drinks and the food on those slow days or when the rain came through while we were out by the beach. We will definitely keep this 3 bedroom condo on our list. Beachfront Views and balcony access from all 3 rooms. I have never seen that in all 3 rooms.

Amazing Condo

This was our second time at Long Beach and we absolutely loved our stay. The condo was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The beds were comfy. Plenty of room for our family of nine. This by far has been our favorite condo. The furniture was beautiful and sturdy. The views were amazing and Kim was so easy to work with. Our only complaint for the entire trip would be we wish the large lagoon style pool was heated because it’s quite cold especially for the toddlers. But we made home in the heated ones and had a blast. We will be back!
