The townhome looked exactly liked what I expected from the pics. Communication with the host was responsive and helpful. Close proximity to other beaches. Not too far from Seaside. Very quiet at night and a safe place to stay.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! It was a perfect location and so quiet. The neighborhood was perfect for riding bikes around and the pool was amazing too! The house itself was spotless and so nice and comfortable after a long beach day. We will definitely be staying there again soon! Perfect for a family or 4 or 6.

We had a great stay at this property! The kitchen was stocked with the tools and utensils we needed to prepare our meals and the garage has EVERYTHING you could possibly need (or want) for an amazing beach day! The community offers great amenities and we enjoyed all the offerings at The Big Chill. This community has or is located near, any and everything you could want or need for a fun & memorable vacation.

Perfect condo for a family of 5. My wife and I stayed here with a 7, 5 and 2 year old. 1 minute walk to the pool and beaches are a short drive away. Pool was awesome and my kids loved it. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation. Communication with the owner was great.

Such a lovely place to stay! It was like being in a neighborhood with lovely neighbors, lots of kids, heated pool, biking and walking trail and the Big Chill across 30A! 1/2 mile to beach access, convenient to shopping and restaurants! Spacious rooms, well-equipped kitchen and tastefully decorated! Loved it! Will definitely try to stay here again!

Home away from home! We had an excellent experience at this property! The host was very quick and friendly to respond to all questions prior to check-in, and during our stay. We arrived just days after Hurricane Isaias hit the 30A area and the Prominence community was luckily in very good condition, with crews cleaning up the sidewalks and pool area as quick as possible to have it ready for the fall break crowd - which was quite impressive. The unit was wonderful. It was clean, modern and had every amenity available to make our family very comfortable all week. The oversized bunk-beds were a HUGE hit with the kids, and we especially enjoyed having a stocked garage of beach umbrellas & toys, chairs, bike pump, sand buckets, balls & boards, 3 cruiser bikes and a wagon! The pool was so fun with the kids too. Kitchen is literally fully stocked with every appliance or cooking utensil you may need which is very convenient when making meals away from home. We really just needed to show up to the place with our change of clothes, and some groceries and the rest was stocked and waiting for us! Very nice being across the street from The Big Chill - which is walkable for families to get good food, shopping and entertainment on the daily! Beaches all just a short drive away. It was all so easy - we would totally stay here again.

Great spring break location
