This house was perfection! It was more than enough room for my family of 5! They had everything you need there. Extra bikes, sand toys, beach chairs, basketball and pickles ball stuff. We will definitely be back! 10/10! It was such a cute neighborhood.

Property was great! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Very well stocked and had everything needed! We stopped off here on our way back from traveling from Orlando. I wish we would have realized there were 2 extra bunks not mentioned in the listing, it would’ve allowed our family not to have rented another unit. There was plenty of room for them to stay with us for a night… could sleep more people than the listing states. A couple minor inconveniences and communication was a little slow at times when I needed a quick response, but no real complaints. Would definitely stay again.

This house was a great fit for our family. The house is a great layout for a large family with two king rooms and a bunk room along with additional bunks in the hallway. The upstairs shared bathroom has an additional sink area outside of the bathroom with storage space which really was such a great use of space and helped us spread out a little. The house is well stocked with great bikes, beach chairs, and beach toys. It's a very comfortable home with a well stocked kitchen. We would definitely stay in this house again!

It is in a wonderful location. Very convenient to everything. It’s is only a few miles from the square. Only a few blocks from public access to the beach. It is a very safe neighborhood. The amenities in the neighborhood were wonderful. It comes with four bikes which is very nice because you can ride bikes everywhere. They have a great bike trail next to the road which is very safe. Highly recommend!

We had a great beach trip! The house was clean, comfortable and stocked with everything we needed. They had lots of beach chairs and other beach needs/wants. We had brought our own chairs and umbrella but they had plenty. They also had a wagon which we did use and it was a lifesaver. The walk to the beach was only 5 mins. The bunk room was spacious and the bunk beds were reported as comfortable. We had one issue (the main coffee maker’s pot was missing) and when reported we had a new coffee maker that afternoon. Honestly no complaints. Thanks for hosting us!

Perfect location

Love how the kids had the upstairs all to themselves so no one was on top of each other. My sister and her family stayed directly across the street from us which was also nice!

This property is a great spot! My kids rode bikes around the little neighborhood circle. 2 pools to choose from, tennis, pickleball- and you’re a 3 minute walk to the beach. Great location and a charming home. We loved it.

Wonderful getaway

This property was perfectly located a very short walk to the beach and had everything you could need for all of the amenities that were offered with the property rental. From pickleball and tennis equipment to beach toys or bikes…they thought of everything to make this stay easy and fun!

Vacation was awesome, the house fit 7 of us with room to spare. You don't have the ocean view from this house but it was literally a 4 minute walk to the beach. Several places to eat close to the house. They had bikes and the kids used them every night. A lot of amenities and shopping close to where we were at. would highly recommend.

Great House and Location

The whole family enjoyed the stay and everything was just as promised. The location is ideal as it is quite but in easy and short walking to distance to the beach, restaurants and shops. The space easily accommodated our family with room to spare and it was truly turn key with everything we needed being provided. Thanks to Howard for the communication through out the process and our stay! We would recommend this spot for a family trip anytime.

Relaxing Vacation

Family Beach House Vacation

Such a beautiful, spacious, well kept home. Quiet, friendly neighborhood. Very clean and well stocked. We had everything we needed to enjoy a wonderful week at the beach, including bikes and beach chair. My only complaint is that we didn't book a longer vacation.

Start of a family tradition

This is our 2nd time staying at the Claire 'n Bea. It was once again a lovely vacation. We did miss the personal touch from when the property owner managed the rental, but RealJoy did a fine job. This property has all you need for your beach stay. A short walk to the sandy beach, a bike ride to a restaurant and plenty of shops all close by. The house was clean abd the beds were comfortable. We love this place and will stay again.

This house is 100% fantastic! I have stayed in many Vrbo houses and condos, and this one tops the list. The setup is perfectly suited for a family with older kids who can sleep in the upstairs bunk rooms. With a king sized bed/bedroom upstairs and down as well, there are great sleeping options for adults. It is beautiful inside and out, with a wonderful front porch swing and a cozy screened in porch on the back. We did not lack any amenity in any area, and the supply closet is full of any beach item you could possibly need. The bicycles were such an added treat. We rode all over Seagrove and into Seaside and Watercolor. In fact, we never drove our car in the three days and four nights we were there! I would hands-down, wholeheartedly recommend this house to anyone looking for a wonderful house in Seagrove.

My husband and I stayed for five weeks and we thoroughly enjoyed the home! Cassine Gardens is a beautiful little gem of a neighborhood. If you’re looking for a quiet retreat, this is the place for you! Easy access to the beach and surrounding shops/restaurants. Walkable neighborhood. Pickleball (on the tennis courts). Pool. There is a trail but it was a little tricky walking on it as there were a lot of cypress roots sticking out of the ground! The house was stocked with everything which we appreciated. The only suggestion would be with both king beds. The bed frames are chunky and only had the mattress and no box spring. So the beds sit lower than normal. We would absolutely stay again!

Baby's first vacation

My wife, 10 month old, and I booked this house with the grandparents. We wanted to spend our baby's first vacation in a relaxing location. This placed delivered. The house was fully stocked of anything you could need, it was a short walk to the beautiful beach, restaurants a d dessert options were also within walking distance, and the neighborhood was great! Seagrove/Santa Rosa Beach is so much better than the heavily trafficked areas of Seaside and Rosemary Beach. We will stay here and you should too!
