Tidewater Beach Resort 2104 is 100% Gulf Front and the largest one bedroom floor plan at Tidewater. Our unit can comfortably sleep up to 6 persons (4 adults max). Enjoy our home with boardwalk tile pattern flooring to keep the sand off, stainless steel appliances, bunk beds for kids, living room with sitting area to relax and enjoy the view, kitchen and dining area to fit 6 comfortably. Tidewater is a full-service resort that is only 1/2 mile from Pier Park, the #1 attraction in PCB!

We will only rent this unit to guests agreeing to treat our home as their own.

Upon arrival guests will be required to pay a one time $39.59 registration fee (per party NOT per guest), this fee will include wristbands for all guests and parking passes for your stay (this is typical for most PCB resorts). We encourage primary guest to pre register to save $10.00 @ tidewaterhoa.com/registration

You will receive personalized service and we will be available 24/7 if you have any issues at all. Our Ring Doorbell Camera also provides Security and assistance if you have any issues with entry.
Before your arrival, you will receive information from us reminding you to bring your welcome letter and rental agreement for the condo, resort and PCB.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

There is an automatic shut off for AC/Heating unit when doors are open. To keep condo cool in the summer and warm in the winter keep doors closed.

Please brush off all sand before entering condo to keep condo clean and comfortable for your stay.

The condo was perfect, clean and the views amazing. The host was very responsive. We stayed in January and the weather was chillier than expected. The balcony was protected enough that with the sun it was quite comfortable to sit outside and enjoy the ocean view! In unit laundry was really nice and extra bonus, the water pressure was great! We are Hernando and Laura Gonzalez. We live in Florida full time now. Hernando has two adult daughters and has retired from Law Enforcement in 2015 after 26 years of serving the community. I work in Managed Services and I love it! We love to take cruises on our vacation time and visit relaxing locations. We love spending time with our families as we believe family is the most important priority in our life.

Why they chose this property

Our Condo on the water has the best views from the 21st floor. While watching the sunrise, we plan out our activities for the day while enjoying our coffee in the morning on the balcony. When we're there we like to watch the sunset while relaxing with a glass of wine enjoying the breathtaking view.
One of our dreams in life was to own a property on the beach to enjoy through out the year, to get out of the cold and one day become our retire home. We are so blessed that one of our dreams has come true.
