This CLEAN, BEAUTIFUL, tastefully appointed One Bedroom + PRIVATE Bunk Room stands above the rest. The Gulf-View Master Bedroom and living room have direct access to the private 33-foot balcony, which overlooks the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

The unit sleeps 5, has 2 full baths, a fully-stocked kitchen, extra linens, and a WASHER & DRYER.

The MASTER BEDROOM has a king-size bed, flat-screen TV with DVD player, large chest of drawers, and spacious closet. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors offer spectacular views of the emerald Gulf Coast (you don't even have to get out of bed!) and open up directly to the 33-foot private balcony. The private Master Bathroom has plenty of drawer and cabinet space.

The LIVING ROOM offers breathtaking views of the Gulf through nine-foot-high floor-to-ceiling glass doors that lead to the private balcony. This comfortable, spacious room includes a SLEEPER SOFA that folds out to a Queen-size bed that sleeps two, a love seat, and a 50" flat screen TV with DVD player.

The open and airy KITCHEN is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, blender, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and garbage disposal. It comes stocked with plates, glasses, mugs, utensils, pots, and pans. Plus, a converted pantry gives you extra space for your groceries (a feature not offered in all units). The granite top bar includes 3 bar stools, and the dining table plus chairs seat an additional 3 people.

The PRIVATE BUNK ROOM is tucked away in its own cozy space - not placed in an open hallway. The adult-sized beds have extra-thick, comfy mattresses. The closet has a chest of drawers and extra blankets. It has direct access to the second FULL BATHROOM, which also contains a stackable WASHER and DRYER.

The private 33-foot BALCONY is the longest of any one-bedroom at Tidewater and is accessible from the living room AND master bedroom. On the balcony are two high-top tables, four comfortable chairs, and a lounge chair with side table.

Located on the 22nd floor, this unit is set back from the main hallway and road, so you don't hear street or pedestrian noise, which is unique compared to most other 1 bed/2 bath floor plans. Nearby is a lesser-used elevator than the main bay of elevators.

The unit also includes FREE CABLE and WIFI INTERNET ACCESS.

The resort is located directly on the Gulf of Mexico and just steps away from the beach. The fitness center and Roman hot tubs overlook the beach's emerald waters. On the property is a restaurant/bar, sundries store, and poolside Tiki bar (open seasonally).
