This beautiful home is situated on the 18th fairway of the acclaimed Bartram Trail Golf Club. It is located 4 miles from I-20 in Evans, GA, and a short 15 miles from the Augusta National Golf Course.
This spacious (2900 sq ft), comfortable home was built in 2017. It has two separate living areas, four bedrooms, three baths and seated dining for 17!
On the main floor you will find a large master suite with king bed; the ensuite master bath has a double vanity, tiled shower, and soaking tub. The additional first floor bedroom also features a king bed and semi-ensuite bath that can be accessed from the bedroom as well as the hallway. There is also a full access laundry. The spacious living area has a gas fireplace and large screen TV. The well-equipped kitchen has beautiful white cabinets, farm sink, granite counter-tops and stainless steel appliances (gas cooktop and oven, electric convection oven, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, dishwasher and side-by-side refrigerator with ice maker).
Upstairs you will find two additional bedrooms (queen beds), one shared bath and another comfortable living/game area with large screen TV.
The two roomy living areas could also provide additional sleeping accommodations.
The back porch is covered with additional seating, RecTeq pellet grill and fire pit. Neighborhood amenities include Bartram Trail Golf Course, swimming pool, clubhouse, walking trail/bike path, sidewalks and street lights.
Housekeeping- Daily light cleaning to include fresh towels, straighten kitchen, and making of beds for additional fee.
