Luau at Sandestin offers the ideal vacation getaway. Luau can be a quiet romantic weekend or a wild time with friends and family. You are a short stroll to the sugar white beaches of Sandestin. Luau is minutes from the nightlife, shopping and entertainment/family activities at the Baytown Wharf or other great shopping, grocery and restaurants. There are four championship golf courses and an amazing tennis center. The Luau hosts it’s own exclusive large saltwater pool with patios for barbecuing and more.
It is the newest Sandestin beach side development.
Our unit includes free shuttle service and wifi!!

Great way to spend vacation

Good week in the sun with a great place to stay. Condo exceeded all expectations…..communications, loved the decor, short walk to the beach,and pool area all made for a very enjoyable vacation.

Summer Getaway

My husband and I absolutely loved staying at Sheri’s, the location was great. The walk to the beach was 5 minutes, the pool was terrific. Also having access to the tram transportation to the Baytown Village side was wonderful. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect stay for a long weekend!

Got to watch the sunrise from the room and was just a quick walk to the beach! Our check out time was 11am and the cleaner showed up at 10am with a mixup checkout was at 10… not a big deal, we were packed up and ready then go!

We had such an amazing time in this condo. Check in process was super easy and the condo was really clean and comfortable. The beach was only a short walk and the area was safe for children. Will defiantly be booking again.

Amazing Condo

This place does not disappoint. Very well kept and it offered everything we needed. Bed was very comfortable as well. The beach is a very short walk from the condo. The condo, resort, and beach was perfect for our short stay. Sheri is amazing and replied very quickly to any questions or messages I sent. I highly recommend this condo and property.

It was a great spot close to everything. We really enjoyed it. The only thing I would say is that the pullout couch bed is not comfortable at all. My mom could barely get up after she laid on it so she just laid on the couch We gave her the bed after that. However, everything was amazing Sherri Was amazing and always available. I would definitely stay here again. I would recommend it to everyone!

We had a fantastic time! The room was gorgeous and the view of the ocean was great! The check in process was super easy and Mrs. Sheri was an absolutely amazing host! She answered all of my questions!! The room was very accommodating, super clean! It was walking distance to the beach! Overall, 10/10!! We will definitely be back!

Incredible condo!

I am not one to ever write a review but we had such a great time and the property was so wonderful. Everything was beautiful! Elegant music playing, beautiful landscape, the listing on Vrbo did not do the property, location and condo justice! Such a quiet neighborhood with gated entry and a restaurant right on the beach! Beiatfuo lakes with multiple photo ops. The condo had high end carpet and fixtures and such a comfortable bed and pillows. The owner definitely paid attention to detail. Even the towels were high end. The owner was so sweet and easy to get in touch with! Will be back!

We love the Resort

Room was not cleaned properly from previous renters. Not really enough dishes in the kitchen which caused me to have to run the dishwasher often. Dishes barely fit in the kitchen cabinets. No kid friendly cups, plates etc. Missing a lot of essential kitchen items. Overall, the resort is why we go and we do not spend much time in the room. Only one working elevator for the entire Luau I tower, which was horrible. At least 17 floors and only one elevator, yes a nightmare on a daily basis to try to get to/from your room.

Great Gulf View Condo in the Luau Sandestin

Great experience inside and out. Pictures of the condo where portrayed accurately and the details where as stated. Our family really enjoyed our stay and loved the pool and how close the beach access was to the condo. Sheri the owner was very responsive to any emails and very pleasant to work with. We are the original owners of this condo and have owned condos on the beach side since 1999 and been members of VRBO.....our home is in St. Louis, Missouri but we have a wonderful crew for cleaning and maintenance in place locally!!

Why they chose this property

We love Luau because of the short walk to the beach while much more affordable than the beachfront properties....it has the newest pool on the beach side and is exclusive to the guests of Luau so it is never over crowded....people love the size and the amenities of the pool and is salt water (the healthiest type cleaning system!!)
