Host was amazing and responsive in answering quickly when we had a question. The stay was perfect and my family had the best time. Not so much a beach or ocean view being on 1st floor but was quick access to pool and beach. Will absolutely be looking here again on our next family vacay!

The room was very nice and location was ok. This would be a very nice place to stay for a family with children. The issue he had was we did not research enough that ocean front is not the same as ocean view: The room is on the first floor across the street from the ocean. To get to the ocean you cross the street to a public gazebo then go down multiple steps to get to the ocean and with limited mobility this was difficult. The positive part is that the sliding back door opens where you can just walk to the pool area or ocean. Overall it is a good place to rent for the money if ocean front is not an issue.

Thank you for being our guests. There is a handicapped ramp that is there to get to the beach. Had I known, or you asked, I could have told you. It is right next to the stairs to the beach. I am surprised you didn't see it. We are glad you enjoyed the condo and we do hope you will be back now that you are aware of the ramp.

The best thing about this condo is the location for the price. We wanted to have quick and easy access to the beach and the pool. And because it was on the first floor, ground level. You walk to the beach and the pool right off the patio. Now, if you’re concerned about safety (cuz we were) don’t be. This complex was very quiet and very safe, especially at night. We were on a girls trip and focused on pool and beach. We spent very little time inside the condo but a ton of time on the patio. The condo has all the basics and is ideal for families with kids. The best thing is the communication with the owners. Super responsive super helpful. Loved that.

We enjoyed our stay. I would have rated 5 stars all around, but there was exterior painting of the buildings and the equipment (2 huge platform lifts) was right off the patio. So we didn’t really get to enjoy the view (or quiet cup of coffee in the morning). The owners did tell us about the painting, we just didn’t realize it would be right outside our door (and I’m sure the owners didn’t know that either). We would definitely stay there again once there’s no construction happening.

The place itself inside was fine. The patio was on the first floor and the view was a big mud hole. The workers asked me if the owner gave me a credit due to the awful view. I didn’t know to ask since the description said the view was lovely. It was extremely disappointing. But, Tracy was very responsive. We did find lots of dust and dirt in the sofa fold out bed. Would not rent this again. Thanks

We are glad you enjoyed the inside of the condo. The exterior landscaping is getting new sod and since we had torrential downpours during your stay the area became muddy. We do wish we could control the weather. It has been fabulous sunshine since you left. Our HOA workers would never ask such a question so that is not true as they can't predict the weather either. If you found dust on the sofa bed you could have contacted me as I am local or the cleaning lady as she guarantees her work and you were provided her phone number due to her guarantee. Our cleaning lady is excellent and takes great pride in her work.

Beach Weekend

The property was beautiful and we had a wonderful weekend. We were in town for a wedding. A short walk across the street to the beach, and plenty to do and see in the area.
