The location of Colmar, in the center of the Alsatian vineyard, earned it the nickname of the Capital of Alsace wines.
Crossroads between Switzerland and Germany, Colmar has tourist assets which have given it international renown. Its Christmas markets, its wine fair, its museums, its winstubs, its architectural and historical wealth make Colmar the favorite destination for tourists.

We want you to take advantage of our cottage to enhance your discovery of the treasures of Alsace.

Our cottage is ideally located in the heart of the main pedestrian street in Colmar. The very bright apartment is on the 2nd floor of a historic building and has been completely renovated to offer modern and quality services.

With a surface area of 59 m2 with no sloping ceilings, you will have a large bedroom, a large living room and a very functional kitchen.

Great and easy check in process where we were shown the facilities of the apartment.Very well appointed with everything you could need or want, very homely & warm.Excellent location, all points of the town are accessible by foot. The location was amazing, right in the heart of Colmar and the Christmas markets. The apartment was a nice size, had all the necessary amenities and Patrick and Sabrina were very accommodating. For those travelling who are light sleepers, you can hear noise from the street pretty clear but nothing a pair of ear plugs wouldn’t fix if you needed. I would highly recommend this location.

Pleasant stay Colmar

Comfortable well situated property in Colmar. Situated in main pedestrian shopping road and just a few minutes walk to the old town. Secure undercover parking for a fee at the end of the street was handy. The owner met us on arrival and stepped us through parking, access and the apartment. Thank you .

Great location

The apartment is in a great location and walkable to restaurants and shopping. Public transit was a breeze too as soon as I found the local bus that went to the train station. The bed was comfortable and the apartment was quiet. Highly recommend!

Colmar holiday

This property is in a perfect location. It is on one of the main thoroughfares of the old town with everything at your fingertips. Monoprix supermarket is about 30 metres away. The apartment is comfortable with dual frontage over the pedestrian area. The perfect spot for visiting beautiful Colmar.

Adorable Colmar

Spacious apartment, terrific location, modern appliances. Stairs going up 2 flights, makes suitcases a bit troublesome. Recycling is a 4 min walk away from apartment. Patrick is quick to respond and provided lots of maps and local information. Would love to return!

Worked out well, overall. Pros: easy to walk through all of the town. Kitchen was nicely equipped. Spacious gite. Love the Christmas tree in the apartment! Cons: it was just a really noisy neighborhood late at night, largely due to the pub across the narrow street. Never settled down until after 0200.

Great apartment!

This is a brilliant apartment! It is clean, comfortable and equipped with all you’d need. Its location is superb, with the whole of the old town within easy walking distance - it is right next to the town hall! The secure parking is a couple of minutes’ walk away - but it’s an easy walk: if you have a car, I’d recommend it. The hosts are very helpful and responsive and have provided not only all the equipment and facilities you need but also have a very helpful collection of tourist leaflets. Being in the centre of town, there is the usual city noise - including an enthusiastic street cleaning vehicle which seems to pay special attention to the town hall! It does come early, though! But - forewarned is forearmed - there is also a bar across the street with an owner and customers who don’t care about screaming and shouting late into the night. One night this was until 01h30. Patrick emailed the owner and it did seem to limit the noise after midnight! We had a great week in the apartment and spent a couple of days following the wine trail, which led us to some gorgeous villages. Tons of restaurants and bars within an easy walk of the apartment, meaning home catering was very limited! All in all, recommended!
