Very comfortable apartment. Well equipped we everything we needed. Location excellent at the edge of old town. Walking distance to everything. Clean, everything functioned well. Check in went smoothly.

A very nice apartment in an excellent location, but some of the crockery was chipped and the shower was not fixed properly to the wall. The main lock on the door was very stiff to open.

Die Lage ist hervorragend, direkt an der Altstadt.Die Wohnung ist schön und praktisch.Problematisch war der Check in. Zuerst hatten wir keine Informationen zur Schlüsselübergabe. Nach 2 Telefonaten und einer Mail kam dann schriftlich die nötige Information: Telefonnummer wählen, dann öffnet sich die Haustür.An der Wohnungstür die Schüsselbox mit einem Code öffnen.In der Wohnung findet man den Schlüssel zum Garagenplatz, der ca. 500 Meter entfernt ist. Das Problem ist, einen "Übergangsparkplatz" in der Innenstadt zu finden. Vielleicht wird es einfacher wenn große Baustelle vor der Tür fertig ist.In der Wohnung soll man dann eine Bestandsaufnahme machen: Schäden fotografieren usw., damit man nicht später mit seiner Kaution haftet. Diese Bestandsaufnahme sendet man dann mit Fotos und Beschreibung der Schäden an die Vermietungsgesellschaft. Einige Schäden entdeckt man natürlich erst nach und nach. Die defekt Waschmaschine z.B. natürlich erst wenn man sie benutzen möchte. Insgesamt war der Aufwand sehr groß und eine Zumutung. Am Ende des Aufenthaltes wird man per Nachricht aufgefordert einen "Abschlußbericht" zu senden, natürlich mit Fotos (Welche Fotos? Wir haben Bilder der aufgeräumen Wohnung gemacht.) Der Prozess ist aufwendig und nicht praxisorientiert, also insgesamt sehr ärgerlich. Wir hoffen alle Schäden (Waschmaschine, Türschloss Bad, Kette Wohnungstür, Hocker Wohnzimmer usw.) zu Anfang dokumentiert zu haben, damit es nicht noch Ärger mit der Kaution gibt.

Très beau logement, propre et spacieux, bien équipé. Situation idéale à 3 minutes du centre-ville. Le garage privé à proximité immédiate a été un plus très appréciable.

Entspannter Urlaub

Eine tolle Wohnung. Durch eine kluge Raumaufteilung ist die Wohnung großzügig und modern, voll ausgestattet und perfekt für 2 Personen. Das Bett ist sehr bequem (wichtig bei längeren Aufenthalten). Die Garage in etwa 200m Entfernung ist problemlos zu erreichen. Es hat alles gepasst. Danke.
