Not on their game.

We have stayed at Timbers 2 other times and have had a great experience. This trip was not the same experience. They seemed to be off their game. There were new faces that were not as accommodating as in the past and requests seemed tougher to fulfill. We also had trouble with one of the doors that we asked to have fixed and they did not fix the problem. I would have to point out that the ski shop did an excellent job as always!!

Sorry to hear that this particular stay at the Timbers Bachelor Gulch Club was not as exceptional as your previous 2 visits. Timbers staff members may change from time-to-time and, perhaps a concierge was not as attentive to your needs as you were expecting. Please know that Travel En Vogue is open for business 7 days a week and we would have been happy to engage with onsite personnel on your behalf anytime you had an issue you felt was not being properly addressed. On your next year's visit to the Club, please don't hesitate to utilize our services throughout your stay. We want Timbers Bachelor Gulch Club to continue to be a magical experience for all of your future visits.

Beaver Creek family ski trip

This is an excellent property for Beaver Creek ski trip. This was our second stay. Nicely equipped condo. Very convenient location for ski in and out. The included lift passes are an added feature that increases the value of this rental.
