Property was in great shape and our family of 5 easily fit in the three bedroom condo. Beautiful location and the staff is supper friendly and helpful.
Very nice property with nice amenities. Great location next to the Bachelor Gulch Ritz. Great service and support from the concierge team. Would definitely stay again!
We (party of 5) Stayed in this 3 bedroom in April for 9 nights for a ski trip and even though the Ritz great room was almost empty, my husband and I were told at 6 PM we could not have cocktails and appetizers in the great room as it was reserved for hotel guests. Even though the description for the rental said that the restriction was only from 11 to 4pm during the winter. For us, the great room is essential. I rated it lower for the value because bachelor gulch Skislope was closed before our arrival and then Beavercreek mountain closed after our first day. We had to drive to Vail every day to ski but it was too busy so we ended up driving to Copper mountain for two ski days which had plenty of snow (of course we had to buy lift tickets). The ride was inconvenient but manageable to both vail and copper. The Ritz closed buffaloes as well and didn’t have the DJ on the weekends that they normally have during spring break. I would not recommend booking this property for spring break unless you do it at the last minute and there is a lot of snow otherwise you risk a lot and it is dead dead dead. The Ski valet was awesome. The concierge and car valet were awesome. The condo was beautiful and well-maintained. Felt like home! I brought my own couch throws! Beds and pillows comfortable. Nice big smart TV’s. Master bedroom has only a rain shower and it’s a tiny shower. My husband is bigger so he had to turn off the water to soap up.I don’t like rain showers so I used the jacuzzi.

Hi! We totally understand your frustration regarding the weather and were equally disappointed by the snow conditions this year. However, this was very much an anomaly as these were the worst conditions that Colorado has had in 50 years. That being said, next year is expected to have epic snow conditions so we're hopeful. Regarding the Great Room at the hotel next door being closed after 6 pm.. unfortunately you stayed during another rare situation of there being a hotel buyout during the dates of your stay. This is extremely uncommon but can happen and again we are sorry this impacted your stay. We unfortunately have no control over the hotel as the rentals are for the property next door, which is why we make sure to state this unlikely but potential risk in our contracts. We do not recommend booking last minute for Spring Break as you run a big risk of there being no availability as people book Spring Break usually way in advance and there are predictions of excellent snow next year. We have already booked several Spring Break weeks for next year more than a year out.
What a fabulous place! Gorgeous view of the ski mountain/lift and the Ritz! Perfect combo of the Ritz access and Ritz like service/accommodations while being set aside a bit. Meaning, you could be in the fun hustle and bustle of the Ritz (music/bars/restaurants) and then just take the tunnel over to the quiet side to watch and relax! The warm bathroom floors are the BEST!! The housekeeping kept the place so nice and clean! The service from the Bell desk and concierge was excellent. Wiling to help with any and all requests! Knowing they have a driver to help you get a few places as well as the Village connect made renting a car unnecessary! We have 4 kids so the space was perfect to spread out and also be cozy! I cooked in a few nights and the kitchen had all I needed. The appliances were awesome too! The whole week was just an incredible time away for our crazy busy family! We want to come back next year!!!
