Stunning private villa pond, theater

Our family-friendly home offers keyless self-check-in, elegant finishes, a music and media room, recreation space, and a wet bar in the basement. Fully secured, our 5000 sqft house features four bedrooms and six baths, ensuring ample space for everyone. Please note that parties are not allowed, and only registered guests are permitted to check-in. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside and outside of the property. Any gatherings must be reviewed and approved in advance, and additional charges may apply.

Located in Overland Park, our luxury place is within walking distance to Deanna Rose Farmstead and a giant soccer field, making it suitable for guests of all ages. We are also just 30 minutes away from popular Kansas City attractions such as the Plaza, the Kansas City Zoo, the Sprint Center, Union Station, and various history and art museums/galleries. For your peace of mind, we have Ring monitoring enabled outside of the home and in the garage. No parties, commerials vahicles allowed.

Great family property!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had family members from teen to 70s with a need for a lot of beds and a cozy atmosphere. Our family greatly enjoyed our stay at the Pond Side. The home is clean and beautiful - exactly as described in the listing. Kishore was a great host!
