Designer touches in this mixed-metal and marble masterpiece. The modern high-gloss kitchen opens seemlessly to a charming living room with an antique mantel, working fireplace, and high cedar beams.

Tucked into a safe and quiet cul-du-sac, this centrally-located Villa has FOUR BEDROOMS and FOUR FULL BATHS. It is accessible for all ages as there is only one step to the front door. There are two master suites- with ensuite baths and walk in closets.



The Space:

You will receive a four digit access code from our messaging system 24 hours prior to arrival.



The Neighborhood:

Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Neighbors are kind, so please reciprocate. The pools are usually open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Entry is by key fob which is located in the home. We have adult floating seats- but no kids life jackets, so if they need them, please bring them.



Getting Around:

You are just minutes from the heart of the City. 12 minutes to downtown, west bottoms, T-Mobile (Sprint) Center. The home has a two car garage, and two parking spaces in front of the garage.



Other Things to Note:

Our family had a great time, loved how each of us had our bedroom with kind beds and 4 bathrooms. The kitchen is very large, the living room was comfy and the beds were comfy. Loved the fact we had garage parking, with a shared driveway for 2 cars.

Lots of room for everyone

Exactly as advertised- peaceful neighborhood- lots of room for everyone in this home. Everything we needed was there including hairdryers, shampoo, conditioner, towels, etc. Everything was there and it was a fabulous space for us all
