This warm and inviting 3-bedroom house located in Timberlane Estates is minutes away from restaurants, grocery stores, tiki bars, and the boat ramp. Our house is welcoming and comfortable for up to six guests.
The living room features comfortable leather sectional and 65' HD TV. The three other bedrooms have a king bed in the master, a queen and two twin beds in the spare rooms. Internet is available for guest use. The Master bedroom also has a 50’ HD TV. The living room is open to the dining area and the fully equipped kitchen. You will enjoy plenty of counter space and cabinets. We also have washer and dryer next to the kitchen.
The sliding glass door opens up to the lovely saltwater pool area with screened in lanai and a grill. This property sits on one acre where you can park your RV or boat. There is also an outdoor firepit and outdoor grill for your enjoyment.
Some of the best restaurants, bars and golf courses in the area are only minutes away as well as Walmart, Target, Aldi's Walgreens, Publix, Wawa, and CVS.
So, if you are looking to swim with the manatees, go scalloping, enjoy outdoor activities like kayaking and fishing or if you just want to escape the cold weather and relax by your own private pool this is the place for you.
