**Relaxing Crystal River Pool Home – Pet Friendly with Saltwater Pool**

Escape to this beautifully remodeled ranch-style home, featuring a circular driveway, fully fenced backyard, and a spacious screened saltwater pool (not heated)—perfect for cooling off on warm Florida days. Lounge chairs and pool towels are provided so you can relax and enjoy the sunshine.

Inside, you'll find a bright, semi-open floor plan with a comfortable living room, updated kitchen, and family room that provides additional space for relaxing or sleeping. The fully remodeled kitchen features granite countertops, modern appliances, and everything you need to prepare meals during your stay.

The large primary suite offers a walk-in closet, walk-in shower, and a dedicated mini-split air conditioning unit to keep the bedroom extra cool and comfortable at night. Every bedroom is equipped with a smart TV so you can enjoy your favorite streaming services.

Step outside to the covered lanai, where you'll find outdoor dining and a Weber grill overlooking the pool. The fully fenced yard is perfect for children and approved pets to play safely, and we've included games for the whole family to enjoy.

Conveniently located just minutes from shopping and restaurants, the home is only about a 10-minute drive to Crystal River, where you can enjoy world-famous manatee tours, fishing, boating, kayaking, paddleboarding, and beautiful natural springs.

Why they chose this property

This is a newly renovated home with a private pool (was the first home I lived in when I relocated to FL), it has a great floor plan, fully stocked kitchen, laundry facilities, private garage for your bicycles (if you want to bring them), fenced yard. It is a 3 minute drive to Winn Dixie or Publix and local restaurants. Only a 10 minute drive to the Crystal River and the Gulf of America where you can go fishing, boating, swim with the manatees, sunset cruises and beach access.

What makes this property unique
