About this property

Single Family Rental 6 bdrms located in the Gardens, OC NJ.

We do not rent for senior week events. Note that the 3rd floor does not have heat in the winter.

Welcome to our beach house located in the Gardens in Ocean City, NJ. The 2500 sq. ft house is located on a quiet street near North Street beach and is not far from the boardwalk. Pizza Express and TJ's ice cream parlor are around the corner. Our house has 5 bedrooms on the 2nd floor with a walk up 3rd floor that has 2 full size beds and 1 trundle bed with a 1/2 bath. The back yard has parking for 2 cars and storage. Start planning your summer memories in OC! Weekly rentals Saturday to Saturday from June to Labor Day. There is a $300 pet fee. Please let me know in your inquiry. Thank you for considering renting our property.

My husband and I bought this 1900 year old single family home in 2017. We fell in love with the charm of the house and the space that it had to offer. After renting for 16 years, we decided to buy a property at the shore. Hope you enjoy the house as much as we do!

Why they chose this property

We love this single family property built in 1900 because of the and size of the house and the gardens location. This part of the island has less traffic and the street is quiet.

What makes this property unique

The enclosed front porch is great place for morning coffee and watch the world go by. The back of the property has a large private entertaining area and space for 2 cars. The shed has a separate rental area space for bikes and beach gear. We love the 3rd floor open room where our kids love to claim as their own space.
