I highly recommend this house and the property management company. The location is perfect, the views are amazing, including the deck which we spent most of our time on while at the house. The management company was quick to reply and super accommodating. I will absolutely be back!

We gather during the year to celebrate our 65 year friendship! We love Ocean City and all the activities it offers. This property is the perfect location to the boardwalk and downtown! The house was clean and spacious. We especially loved the fireplace! It was so cozy!

Birthday Getaway

8 women, friends since elementary school, were looking for a fun couple of days at the shore. We loved the beachfront location and direct access to the Boardwalk. Although it was off-season, we found a great sandwich shop (Walter’s),and spent time walking the beach. Watching the surfers was an added highlight. Dinner our last evening at The Crab Trap was delightful. All in all a wonderful three days!

Just perfect!

Our book club has been going to the beach in the spring for about 20 years. This is our first trip to OCNJ and we loved it! This beach house couldn't have been better! It was clean, updated, nice lay out and a it has a great view of the ocean. We will be back!

Beach front, great views!! Walk right on the beach or boardwalk. Property has towels, linens, beach towels, beach toys for the kids, boogie boards, beach caddy cart, and more, making the stay super convenient!! Great week!

We had 8 adults and 5 grandchildren in our group, ages 2 to 5. The location was terrific with great access to the beach and boardwalk. Kim and Steve were very responsive! There was a small issue with a hinge on the door to the washer/dryer when we arrived and it was fixed immediately. I would definitely recommend!

Location, location, location

This condo was perfect for our family beach week. The views of the ocean and boardwalk were fantastic - you really felt like you were in the middle of it all at Ocean City, and yet still quiet and peaceful. We spent so much time at the beach and boardwalk - with the proximity to the beach, we could go, play and swim, leave our chairs and go back for lunch and then head back out. We walked the boardwalk multiple times a day - with a coffee in hand during the peaceful morning and back at night for ice cream or games. Great week at the shore!

Fantastic boardwalk location!

We usually stay on the south end, but tried this property out for boardwalk access this year. It's pretty ideal for our kids ages (7-12), as all of the action is a brief 5 minute walk. The beach was super convenient and the house had plenty of chairs, boogie boards, and a cart to haul it all. The house is well appointed, so my only suggestion is if you want a nice pillow or nonstick pans that arent scratched (as they always are at rental properties) plan to bring your own. The bathrooms were nicely updated and the deck had a great ocean breeze throughout our stay. I would definitely stay here again!
