About this property

Ideally located family house on a historic, child friendly site in between Amsterdam and the beach, in Haarlem. Newly built in 2014 this house has a modern style with easy going design atmosphere and child friendly at the same time.
The 130 m2 house is just a 7 minute walk from Haarlem city centre & train station with 6 trains an hour to Amsterdam (12 minutes) 7 days a week. A 15 minute car ride brings you to the great beaches at Bloemendaal and Zandvoort. Or take a bike, it will take you 35 minutes.
The ground floor has an open living area with well equipped kitchen, small hallway and toilet. Two doors bring you to a private terrace.
The first floor offers 3 bedrooms and a comfortable bathroom with bath, separate shower, double sink and a toilet. The second floor contains the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom with sink and rain shower.
The terrace of our house has a Weber BBQ, a table and lounge bank. Next to our terrace is a 3100 m2 communal garden that will be laid out later this year. They will start with the work in the beginning of March 2018. The rest of the area around our house is very green, offers lots of place for kids to play. No cars are allowed on the complex before 6.00 am and after 11.00 am. Separate, paid, parking is available in a garage 50 meters from our house or free parking on a street 2 minute walk from our house.
