We had a great family vacation and there was plenty of room for everyone. The best part is the outside living area complete with tiki bar, swim up bar, hot tub, summer kitchen with fridge and ice maker, extensive dining area and plenty of seating and chaise loungers for everyone.

Wonderful Stay!We had an incredible time at this property. Rhonda was a pleasure to coordinate with and is a truly great host. A special shout-out to Jim, the local property manager, he is absolutely AMAZING and made sure everything was perfect during our visit.The hospitality here is top-notch. We will definitely be back!

We had an amazing week! The house is clean and beautiful. The beds were comfortable and both our families (4 adults, 6 kids) were able to comfortably fit in the house. The whole backyard was beautiful and where we spent most of our time. We will absolutely be back!

Amazing Stay!

Excellent hosts. Extremely clean property inside and out. We enjoyed the pool area along with outdoor kitchen. The dock area was perfect for our boating needs!

Highly recommend this house!! Our family loved the pool— the backyard is amazing! Location was excellent for day trips and getting around. House is well maintained. Rhonda and neighbor Jim were very communicative and when we had an issue they resolved right away. We had an amazing holiday and look forward to coming back again!

Sombrero Vacay

We have been coming to Marathon for 20 years and this was one of our favorite houses! Lovely pool and outdoor area, spent most of time out there. Will definitely stay here again!

Comfortable Home

Our family of 8 adults and 2 children just spent a week at this property. Lots of room for all of us and we spent the majority of our time outside by the beautiful pool and kitchen area. Such a wonderful vacation.

The house is amazing. The location is amazing. Everything was amazing! The house is a private oasis centrally located near everything you could want in the keys. Everything was beautiful. I would stay again in a heartbeat.

We just returned from our week stay at this AMAZING home! You couldn't ask for more. The house had everything needed plus many extras. The back yard was spectacular! We spent most of our trip just relaxing in the back yard with the amazing pool, tiki bar and dock. The multiple ice makers was key! All the beds were comfortable and plenty of seating all around for our group of 11. The homeowners and the local property manager Jim were all very helpful and informative making our check-in and stay effortless. HIGHLY recommend this rental! Hope to be back sometime in the future!

Great setup for a family vacation

Had a great trip with our family. We loved the pool, the many ice makers, the space and the location. It was great to have the dock for a boat and the beds were comfortable. Lots of amenities! Slept 10 of us.

The backyard was our favorite part! Also, just like all the other reviews said the icemaker everywhere was such a nice amenity to have. The host was so wonderful at communicating. We will be back.

This home is set up perfectly for a group getaway but would also be a wonderful place for a small family gathering. The kitchen has every utensil or pan, great size refrigerator and a couple of stand alone refers and 2 ice makers. The pool, spa and patio area were the big hit of the week! The patio furniture was comfortable and there are plenty of towels. We moored our 23 ft boat on their dock which was very well maintained.We had great communication with the property owners and their local rep Jim. The location of the house is ideal and in a quiet area but still close to the Publix and local businesses. When we return to Marathon this is going to be our go to house for sure!

Great outdoor space

Great property. We had 3 families (11 people) and everyone had a great time. Outdoor pool and tiki space is beautiful. Nice new dock. Plenty of fridges and ice. Comfortable beds… I would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful time! The house was nice and spacious, accommodated our party of 12 very comfortably. The kitchens were well equipped, the 3 ice makers were a much appreciated extra perk, ample fridge space, plenty of extra towels, great upstairs and downstairs living room/hangout spots. The pool and tiki areas are fabulous, so much fun was had!! The canal is wide and dockage is also ample, very convenient for all the boating. The communication was clear and friendly! Overall, just a really great spot to enjoy your vacation!
