Located between the coast of Calpe and the mountain village of Benissa, away from the hustle and bustle in the famous Pedramala district, very charming and authentic finca of ± 200 years old, built with natural stone on a terrain of ± 3125 m².

The finca offers breathtaking views both on Benissa and on the rural landscape with its terraces and the surrounding mountain ranges. In the spring you have a dream of a view of the flowering almond trees and it is recommended all year round for people who love peace, nature, sun and privacy.
With its ± 300 m², the house offers a beautiful entrance hall / sitting room with fireplace, a spacious dining room (10 people) with a wood-burning stove that turns into a spacious seating area with a characteristic fireplace, an authentic fully equipped kitchen, 4 spacious bedrooms (3 double and 1 with 2 bunk beds - 2 downstairs and 2 upstairs, 1 bathroom, 2 shower rooms, 3 toilets. All this is complemented by various terraces (naya with traditional bread oven, outside terrace and covered outdoor kitchen with BBQ) and a large swimming pool (5 x 10 m + dressing room with shower, toilet and laundry room with washing machine) and a pleasant mature garden.

There is sufficient parking space for up to 5 cars in front of the house.

Other features: Wifi, satellite TV (TV Vlaanderen), 1 cot and high chair available, stylishly furnished in finca style, less than 10 minutes from various beaches, restaurant "Pedramala" and supermarket "Perles" within walking distance.

Beautiful place! Great stay!

The property is very beautiful! Great for families or groups. You can have breakfast outside, next to the swimming pool; or inside in case of the weather getting chilly. You are close to some "calas", so you can visit the beath easily. The rooms are comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped!

Beautiful Hilltop Finca

Tom and Pieter were excellent communicators from the beginning of our reservation process. The listing was completely accurate and the property was beautiful. In fact, it was so nice we hardly left the property for 7 days. The pool has amazing views over the valley and is surrounded by flowers, vines, and fruit trees. The kitchen is large and functional and there is a surplus of seating areas. Our favorite was the outdoor dining table overlooking the valley, allowing us to grill out, hang out, and relax while eating a homecooked meal. Multiple large markets are an easy 15 min drive away and both Alicante and Valencia are within reach for travel in and out. All in all, this place is truly amazing. It was an unforgettable experience and we hope to be back someday.

Air con CON

Finca Los Monteros is a beautiful place, peaceful, with wonderful views and a fantastic pool. HOWEVER… DO NOT STAY IN THE SUMMER! The house is not properly insulated and has no air con: it is AN OVEN in the heat. In the 2 upstairs bedrooms, directly below the uninsulated roof, it was 32 C at night with 2 fans going on all night, not enough to sleep comfortably. The large lounge/dining room, also directly under an uninsulated roof, is the only part of the house where the Wi-fi works, but too hot to spend much time in. Our stay was so unpleasant due to the lack of relief from the heat. The property was advertised as having air con at the time of booking, an essential factor for us. On arrival, we found that there was no air con whatsoever (well, a noisy mobile unit in one of the bedrooms, the duct through a roughly cut hole in the shutters letting mosquitos in). Basically, the owners had not told the truth. Funny enough, they ‘updated’ the info as soon as we complained! Also, the internet did not work until the owners decided to have it sorted a few days later, so any communication with them and Vrbo cost us money. Our holiday was spoilt through no fault of our own. Do Vrbo check that the information on their website is correct? We have requested compensation from the owners which they refuse to give us. Not a pleasant experience overall. 👎👎👎

La casa está muy bien, tiene todo lo que necesitas y la decoración me encantó. La zona de jardín y la piscina son una gozada.Puntualizo algunas cosillas que a mi me hubiera gustado saber antes de alquilarla, ya que llevaba a mi madre de 80 años conmigo y no resultó nada cómoda para ella.El acceso a la piscina desde la casa se puede hacer por dos lados, a través de la habitación de las literas o por detrás, a través de la terraza. El primer acceso son tres escalones hermosos, sin barandilla ni nada donde cogerte, el segundo si que tiene barandilla por un lado, pero por el otro hay un desnivel a lo largo, entre la casa y el terreno. Ambas cosas hacían que no pudiera acceder sola al jardín. Entre estancias en el interior de la casa también hay escalones, para acceder al baño de la planta baja, de las habitaciones a la salita de la entrada, de la cocina al salón, y en el propio salón, estos últimos bastante altos y de piedra.Para subir a las dos habitaciones de la planta alta hay una escalera con escalones altos, sin barandilla ni pared en uno de los lados.Aviso sobre el camino de acceso, la incorporación desde la carretera al camino es muy empinada y te la encuentras de golpe tras la torre, ojo con ella.También comentar que si vas en unos días de mucho calor allí vas a notarlo muchísimo, fuera y dentro de la casa.Por resumir, la casa está fenomenal para familias sin personas mayores o grupos de gente joven que quieran estar mas o menos aislados.

Die Finca bot unserer Familie genug Raum für gemeinsames kochen etc, Rückzugsmomente- egal ob für den mittagsschlaf der Kleinen oder Ruheoasen für die Großen. Man fühlt sich wohl und aufgemonnen in der tollen Atmosphäre des alten Gemäuers.

Prachtige verblijf in rustige omgeving

De finca is in vele opzichten een unieke locatie. Ligging en uitzicht alsmede de zeer smaakvolle inrichting, zowel binnen als buiten, laten je hier volop genieten en er is werkelijk aan alles gedacht. Vanuit de finca zijn makkelijk uitstapjes te maken naar de omgeving als ook naar de stranden. Helaas ontbrak het bij de start aan het afgesproken aantal lakens en handdoeken, maar dit is prima opgelost. De beschrijving naar de Finca is voor herziening vatbaar, zowel vanwege de nieuwe (extra) rotonde als ook de afslag rechts bij(!) het elektriciteitshuisje, geef aan dat deze heel steil naar boven is. Verder alleen maar lof. Dank Tom.

Amazing views

Large property,well equipped,pool area was lovely. Best to have a car,Tuelada is close however need a car.We visited Moraira mostly which is a great town with all the amenities you need.Benissa is close by too and a nice town with all the supermarkets you'll need.Nice stay.

Mis amigas y yo pasamos una semana espectacular. La casa es muy amplia, está muy limpia, todo accesible. Para nosotras, lo mejor fueron las vistas, y el exterior de la casa, resultó muy acogedor

Traumhafte Finca

Diese tolle Finca ist zu empfehlen. Die ist sehr groß und hat ein schönes Areal Drumherum. Sie bietet viele Sitzecken und Rückzugsmöglichkeiten, so dass wir auch mit drei Familien Privatsphäre hatten. Hinter dem Haus ist ein schöner, sauberer Pool mit Blick auf das Tal 7nd die Berge. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Im Haus findet man alles was man braucht. Es war ein rundum gelungener Urlaub.

Traumhafte Finca

Wir haben schon sehr oft Benissa und Umgebung Urlaub gemacht aber dieser Urlaub war der beste den wir je gemacht haben. Die Finca ist einfach genial. Außenbereich klasse mit dem Poolhaus Die Inneneinrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und Orginal. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen auf jeden fall wieder. Übrigens der Sonnenuntergang ist einfach klasse auf der Terrasse anzuschauen.

Prachtig sfeervol huis op mooie locatie! We hebben genoten!

Onze week in Finca los Monteros eind oktober was echt een cadeautje! Een prachtig huis met veel karakter, comfort, een prachtig uitzicht en een heerlijk zwembad. We waren met 2 gezinnen en het huis is daar heel goed geschikt voor. Wij vonden het heel fijn dat het huis heel rustig gelegen is met vrij uitzicht en toch op heel korte afstand van het strand en andere faciliteiten. We komen graag nog een keer terug. Kirsten & Nick

De woning is zeer rustig gelegen en op korte afstand van vele mooie stranden en dorpjes. Zeer geschikt voor 2 gezinnen en een heerlijk zwembad met mooi uitzicht.

We keren jaarlijks terug

Dit jaar keren we reeds voor de derde maal terug naar de Finca. Ik denk dat dit alles zegt! Mooie, authentieke finca, prachtig uitzicht, heel rustig gelegen met 100% privacy, ideaal voor grote families of gezelschappen gezien het aantal kamers en sanitair. Groot en perfect onderhouden zwembad. Het verblijf beantwoordt volledig aan de beschrijvingen. Goede uitvalbasis voor uitstappen. Info ter plaatse met tips voor restaurants en om de omgeving te verkennen. Naast goede contacten bij boeking ook contactpersonen ter plaatse voor onthaal en eventuele verdere informatie. Aan te bevelen, wat we ook reeds gedaan hebben, en met positieve commentaren achteraf. Wij tellen alvast af naar de komende zomer!

Simply Amazing!

Our holiday at the Finca was just great! The Finca had everything, space, a nice view, large swimming pool, palmtrees and anything you could ever need. Strongly recommended.
