This was a great property with plenty if room for 7 adults. We loved the lication...close to all the shows, shopping, and restauranrs. I wish they had a grill so we could prepare quick meals! One if the bathroom sinks was very slow to drain. It took us a bit to figure out how to regulate the A/C but we finally got that working ok.This was a nice rental for our big group!Overall

This condo was extremely clean with an easy, level entrance. - I think it's the cleanest condo I've ever stayed in. It was a quiet unit and adequately furnished and stocked. It is spacious, and the private bathrooms are nice. It is centrally located near theaters, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. We have visited Branson for many years and would choose this unit again over others we have stayed in if we need a 4-bedroom. I would mention that the balcony, although very large with plenty of seating, isn't privately tucked away. For us, that isn't an issue because we stay on the go. However, it would be a consideration if someone is looking for a private back view and conversation area.

Pros:Great location in the heart of Branson. Great floorplan, great patio area. Clear check-in information & easy access to the property. No steps to enter and all rooms on one level. Excellent living & dining space. Overall, a good property. Cons: Overall needs some updating and a deep cleaning (especially the floors). Kitchen trash can needs to be replaced with stepcan (or sensor) so guests do not have to open a trash can with their hands and have the lid fall off every time. Panty door was locked leaving nowhere to stash food except on counter tops. Living room TV - we found 7 remotes but only 1 of them turned the TV on. Instruction manual for TV listed info that didn't work so we could not use that TV. Linens are very worn - towels & washcloths need to be replaced and cleaning crew should pay more attention - two of the towels in a bathroom had black spots on them so they were either not washed at all or not washed properly and they were gross. Flashlight is needed in the property. Electricity went out (an electric company problem, not the condo problem) and there was no flashlight in the condo that we could find. Just suggestions.
