Watauga River views and frontage. Beautiful 5 bedroom, 5 1/2 bath home on one of the most sought-after trophy trout fishing destinations in the southeast. Beautiful hardwood floors, 4 fireplaces, covered decks and patios for entertaining, or just relaxing. Use of kitchen and private entrance. Access to fire pit, hot tub, pool table and home theater. Close to I-26 for dining and shopping. Kennels available. Private float trips available upon request for $35 per person. bird hunting trips with access to a private reserve The Tweetsie Trail (9.5 mile bike/walking trail) is less than 1/4 mile away. and a golf course 1/2 mile from the house. This home sits along the river and has amazing view during all seasons very relaxing and peaceful and being able to view the river from all the outside decks and from inside the home with the large windows that wrap around the entire house.
