Sunrise Village 212 - Beachside Condo in Gulf Shores, Alabama

Welcome to Sunrise Village 212, a cozy and family-friendly 2-bedroom, 1-bath beachside condo in Gulf Shores.

The Sunrise Village complex is beachfront and Unit 212 is located three units back from the Gulf, making it just a few easy steps from the sand without being directly on the front row. This small, comfortable condo is ideal for families and couples who want quick beach access in a relaxed setting.

*Location

Sunrise Village is located directly on the beach, just 2 miles west of Highway 59. Unit 212 offers convenient beach access without long walks, elevators, or boardwalks. Step out the door, head down the stairs, and you'll be on the white sand in moments.The condo is close to town and within walking distance of Waves Beach Mart, The Beach House Kitchen, Island Ice Cream, and S & S Seafood Market, making it easy to enjoy meals, snacks, and essentials without constant driving.

*Interior and Updates

This approximately 600 sq. ft. condo was remodeled in 2020 and has been thoughtfully maintained with recent updates, including:
New couch added March 2024 Fresh interior paint in September 2024

The fully tiled interior features a clean, beach-inspired design and comfortably sleeps up to six guests.

*Sleeping arrangements:

Bedroom 1: Queen bed
Bedroom 2: Queen bed
Living room: Queen sleeper sofa

Each bedroom and the living area include a flat-screen TV, and both bedrooms feature newer mattress sets for added comfort.

*Kitchen and Amenities

The kitchen is fully equipped with major appliances, an ice maker, and everything needed for easy vacation meals. A washer and dryer are located inside the unit, making this condo especially convenient for families and longer stays.

*Parking and Property Notes

Assigned parking is available for up to two small cars or one standard-size truck. The space is not suitable for oversized vehicles. Trailers, boats, high-top vans, and vehicles with roof racks are not permitted.

Unit 212 does not have a private balcony. Guests may enjoy the large shared breezeway with seating, common viewing decks, and a designated grilling area. Grills are not provided.

*Non-Smoking Policy

Sunrise Village is a non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted inside the unit or in common areas, including walkways, stairs, decks, parking areas, and balconies.
A designated smoking area is located on the north side of the dumpster enclosure.

A strict three-strike policy is enforced: First offense: Warning and direction to the designated smoking area Second offense: 50 dollar fine Third offense: Eviction without refund

*Additional Information

This is a non-smoking unit. Monthly stays are from the first of the month to the first of the following month. Monthly rates are not prorated. Renter/occupant must be at least 25 years old.

This was an excellent place to stay right on the beach. Our only complaint was we wished it had 2 bathrooms and an elevator. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Beach Condo

The condo was great, excellent location, easy to get to the beach. There's a little store right across the street. The beds were comfy. I would definitely stay here again but bring my own pillow.

Good stay

The location was wonderful steps to the beach the kids loved it. Could’ve cleaned a little bit better as we found some items left from the other family & no blankets on the bed but we found them tucked away in the closet….overall quiet place as well. We enjoyed the stay and location.

Just what you need

The place was equipped with the main necessities, clean, close to beach. Parking spaces a little tight but doable. Close to a little convenient store and a reataurant/bar. Would stay again.

Perfect Getaway

The property was exactly what we were looking for. We enjoyed the easy walk to the beach (10 steps to the sand!) and the convenience of having a restaurant and grocery store directly across the street. There were only two of us, but the unit would also work for a family of four with the two queen beds. The bathroom is small but they've made the most out of the space with a large counter and large shower.

So Happy!!

I absolutely love the Phoenix 7 - and this has to be my favorite unit! Up-to-date and very comfortable...and SO clean! I would highly recommend this property and management company to anyone looking for a good deal, right on the beach!

Cute place good price

We stayed here for hangout fest and while it was a decent location, the bathroom was the only downfall. Very small and hard to even move around. Other than that I would stay again. Cute place good location across from a store and restaurant ! Easy quick check in and out process!

Overall the place was cute and good access to the beach. All of the vents (air intakes, air vents and bathroom vents) were all extremely dirty and/or rusty which made us a little uneasy. If there was some detail to that I think we would have felt better about our stay. Left early due to this and the weather.

This was a very cute little condo. But it was not very clean. The curtain in the kitchen was covered in dust and the shower grout was grungy. Otherwise it was a nice place with a beautiful view and it was very quiet and peaceful. Good location but do need a car. The steps are narrow and pretty steep. Would not be good for older adults.

The condo was not as described on 2queen beds not a king and queen. Wifi for our unit did not work received wrong door code walls are dirty need a scrubbing or paint night staff call center was rude.
