Everything was just as described! I was impressed with the amenities and the quality of the furnishings especially the beds and bedding. Our main reason for coming was the hot tub, which was working, perfectly clean, large, and nice and steamy! Very happy with the easy check in and check out, and the quick clear communication. A little pricey for the size of the home, but that could be location being in the town of Estes which is understandable.
Nice, clean place. It is as advertised although it might be helpful to know it is town with other houses/properties surrounding it. There is some space, but you are in town. It is close to Rocky Mountain National Park though as stated, which for us was a major positive. The house is very clean and well maintained with a good supply of kitchen utensils, pots and pans. The gas grill was also clean and in good shape. The beds are comfortable as are the couches and chairs. The laundry room is large with a good washer and dryer. The outside hot tub was clean, conveniently located and in good shape. The host was very responsive. We enjoyed the house would stay here again!
Fantastic rental!! Spotless, updated. Tons of space. We utilized the kitchen, had everything we needed. Laundry was helpful, we loved the hot tub. Literally minutes to RMNP and downtown. Quiet street, nice views, and we saw wildlife every day. Elk, deer and turkeys right in the back yard. Would absolutely recommend this property and would rent here again.
We really enjoyed staying here. The house is spacious, clean and has great views! It feels tucked away from the busy downtown part of Estes but is actually very close. We would definitely book again.
A beautiful home! We ate each meal on the deck surrounded by a mountain view! The house was exceptional. Very clean and kitchen had everything we needed. The best thing about this location, only 5 minutes to RMNP entrance! The host was super responsive. He even contacted me to let me know I could check in early because the people before us left early! He didn't need to offer that option to us but thankfully he did since one in our group was dealing with altitude sickness and just needed to sleep!! We saw deer and elk from the house!! I would rent again. Thank you for you hospitality!
This home was the perfect spot for a girls’ trip! Very convenient to restaurants, groceries, and RMNP. Comfortable house with plenty of space and amenities. We loved our stay and would definitely stay here again!
Our family enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. It was close to all stores, restaurants and the Rocky Mountain National Park entrance. We had a wonderful staying here.
