Wonderful property and the owners were very easy to communicate with. Great place for a large family or group. We had 19 there, ages 5 months to 75 years. Our family all raved about what a great location it was and how much room there was to enjoy our time together. Highly recommend this place1

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Estes Park rental for our annual cousins’ trip! It was the perfect place for us to spend time together, relax, and make wonderful memories.The home was clean, comfortable, welcoming, and had everything we needed. One of our favorite features was being right by the river. Sitting and listening to the peaceful sound of the water added such a special touch to our stay and made the setting feel truly relaxing.The convenient location to Rocky Mountain National Park was another huge plus. It made it so easy to enjoy the park, explore Estes Park, and experience all the beauty the area has to offer.The host was friendly, responsive, and made the entire experience easy from beginning to end. We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this wonderful property!

Overall pleased with the property and a great location on the river.Just a few minor items that could use some attention- kitchen faucet was a little loose, a shower head in the lower level bath leaked ( I was able to tighten it enough to make it operational) and the primary bedroom window handles were difficult to operate. Not anything to impact our stay . Overall we enjoyed the property and would consider renting it again.

This was the perfect spot for our family of 12. Comfortable for each of us, including a baby, which was a big help. Crib, high chair and baby gate all there. There was a playroom for the kids and fun basement area. Hosts provided yummy snacks when we checked in. The thickest fluffy towels we’ve ever used. Comfortable beds. Fully stocked kitchen & a grill on the back deck. The view of the Thompson River was stunning. The location of the property was the cherry on top. By car or foot you have lots of beautiful sights.

The host was very welcoming and answered our questions quickly and enriched our stay. The house was amazing and perfect for a family reunion. We had 17 there and thee was plenty of room. It is a beautiful property and we loved it there and would recommend to larger groups!

We (7 adult family members) stayed Jun 6-13, 2026. The house has 5-star quality thru-out, including everything to make it comfortable, such as a great family room/dining/kitchen seating, game room basement with ping pong table, and washer/dryer w/detergent, pans/knives/cutting boards/utensils/gas grill/etc, The river atmosphere on the large deck is unbeatable, including humming birds and seeing occasional elk. Our hikes in Rocky Mtn Natl Park, Wild Basin, Bear Lake, Gem Lake, were easy RMNP access (with online reservations). Grocery and local shops in Estes Park are 5 min access. The YMCA camp trail, available a short walk away, provided beautiful river hikes with many elk on our several early evening adventures. The home owners, Jim and Robyne Koenig, are welcoming, friendly and quick to respond to any communications. Highly recommended.

Wonderful place for family trip

Our family of 16 had a great stay in this home. Perfect location for walking to Y Camp & RMNP. Enjoyed the coffee shop across the street. We were met by the host who left a basket of goodies enjoyed by all. House was well equipped for all our needs.
