We had a great time in St. Charles. The property is within walking distance from Main Street and just a short drive from Ameristar. We will definitely be back.
Rented this location based on its location adjacent to Mt. Carmel to visit our a loved one. Also convenient to downtown for event. Able to host our loved one for visits and dinner with other family members. Clean historic home.
I really enjoyed being so close to historic Main Street and the Katy Trail. Downtown St. Charles is truly unique. Rachel was timely in her responses with any requests that I had.

Cute duplex
Great place to stay! Super close to Lindenwood University and Main.
Rachel was great and was quick to respond to any questions we had. If our daughter chooses Lindenwood we will definitely stay here again!
We travel often and are always looking for a clean place to stay with all the bells & whistles. By far this place has been the best. It was just a few blocks from Main Street St. Charles. We brought our bikes and were able to ride the Katy Trail. The place had beautiful natural wood throughout the house with amazing lighting. Everything was updated. The bed I slept in was very cozy. The weather was great so we sat outside on the patio in the morning and evening. The neighbors were quiet and friendly. We would definitely stay here again!
Clean, quiet rental duplex. In good repair, and owner very responsive. Good neighborhood. Stairs are steep and bathroom is at the bottom of them. Ceilings on top floor are a little low, but I am tall and found them manageable. One room has no closet. Has basic cooking equipment, but no spices or other edibles (probably due to health dept requirememts).
Cute property, nice neighborhood, only downfall we had was it took a full two days for the temperature downstairs to get below 73. It stayed close to 77 during the daytime. The upstairs has two bedrooms with only one window unit air conditioner. There was a door in between the two rooms you have to leave open to cool the other room. All and all still a fun stay

Thanks for staying! Older homes such as this one built in 1860 are sometimes harder to cool especially during an excessive heat warning like the one we had during your stay. When temps reach over 100, many homes in general can be hard to cool.
The home was close to the downtown district making it a very convenient location for us. The home was warm and inviting. The furniture was not overly comfortable but suitable. The home was clean and smelled fresh. You could tell it was well maintained :)
This property is very well kept in a quiet neighborhood, within walking distance to almost anything you'd need. We walked to historic downtown St. Charles and enjoyed the lovely shops.
The pictures are an excellent representation of what you'll find there. The stairs are a little steep, but not bad. The bathroom is on the main level while the bedrooms are upstairs (something to be aware of if you get up in the middle of night to use the restroom, you'd have to navigate the stairs).
We enjoyed our stay and would happily stay here again.
We stayed here for a short weekend return to the area for a HS class reunion. The house had everything we needed. It is on a quiet street in a quiet historic neighborhood. Didn't know it at the time of booking, but it was just one street from where my grandmother lived when I was a child!
We stayed at such a lovely home for the past few days! Everything was perfect! I loved the area, shops, food, and extra fun places to visit! Thank you so much for such a smooth stay and we would love to come back one day!
Spent a few nights here with my wife and 4 kids.
House worked out well for the kids to sleep upstairs and for us to convert the couch bed.
Nicely equipped kitchen, laundry and being very close to downtown at. Charles was great!
I had a wonderful time here with easy access to historic Saint Charles. Thank you!
