Condo near the Shore(3rd & 4th floors) !!!

4 bed/2 bath on 3rd & 4th floor. WiFi, TV, Picnic Table, Gas Grill, Private Indoor Washer/Dryer, 1 car parking(shared driveway). Stocked Kitchen. Located 2 short blocks from the Beach Block. Close to all attractions - Walk to everything - beach, boardwalk, restaurants.

Free Off-Street Parking is there(if available).

Bed Covers are Not included in the Rentals, No Linens(Sheets, Comforters,Towels, etc) are provided.

Weekly Rental preferred during the season

The 2nd floor is a 3 bed/1 bath(sleeps 10), also available for Rent.
The Back Cottage(3 bed/2 bath, sleeps 10) is available for Rent too

Owner has other Condos ...If this One is Not available, please do send request.

The Roach issue was a Baseless One, as No evidence of Roaches were found by the Cleaners or the Pest Control Company. During the entire stay, the owner & the caretakers were in Constant touch with Guests, Nothing was Brought to the attention
